2 rooms, each room with 2 beds. 1 room with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace 14 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (4). Parking (fenced 3 cars). Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Balatonberény: Beautiful, cosy semi-detached house "Ruby 1", built in 1999, renovated in 2005. On the outskirts, 250 m from the lake. Private: well-kept garden 200 m2 (fenced), lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool angular (12 m2, depth 90 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. and 15.Sep.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower. In the house: WiFi, air conditioning. Available: bicycles (2). Grocery, restaurant 300 m, outdoor swimming pool 250 m, public bathing area 1.2 km. Please note: fishing [permit required].
