This modern warm 1 bedroom apartment is located on the 1st floor. Glasgow Green and the People's Place is viewable from the back windows and is a minutes walk. The apartment itself comes double glazed windows, laminated floor throughout with fresh decor. The modern bathroom comes with large corner walking shower. The Kitchen is equipped with a separate fridge and freezer, there is also a washing/dryer, microwave, toaster and all essentials are provided. Large 50" led Tv comes with free channels.

Glasgow Green is by far the oldest of the city's parks. It is situated within walking distance of the city centre east of the Saltmarket. It is currently undergoing a renaissance with major investment through the Lottery Heritage Fund providing a catalyst for the redevelopment of the local neighbourhood.

Bus stop is at the door step which links you to the west end and SECC and through city centre. Bridgeton Train station is 5 mins walk and links you to Glasgow Central Station. There is a large superstore called Morrisons which again is a 5 min walk, also loads of cafe, shops are nearby.
