Warm welcome to the CocoHut! I am pleased to offer a private cosy double room in my chic 2-bedroom house located just a 10-minute walk from the city centre.

The house benefited from a complete refurbishment to an immaculate standard last year, a rare modern find so close to the heart of Oxford! It’s only a short walk to the train station, bus station, supermarket, shopping centre, restaurants, bars and the University sights. Close to the river, you are also in the perfect spot to walk along the Thames to Port Meadow for a picnic or quaint pub lunch.

The ground-floor features a bright and spacious open-plan living room, dining room, kitchen and garden. The brand-new kitchen is kitted with modern appliances, including a washing machine and dishwasher. As avid tea and coffee drinkers, you can choose between French press or Nespresso cappuccinos to start your day! You are more than welcome to cook, bake and use the kitchen as your own, if you prefer to eat out you will find a list of the best restaurants in Oxford, all conveniently located from 1-15 minutes’ walk away.

The living room is the ultimate chill zone, with a sofa you can sink into, ambient lighting, an electric fireplace, and a widescreen TV with Netflix, BBC iPlayer, 4oD, and a PlayStation.

The bedroom is garden-facing, super quiet, cosy and airy with a small double bed. There is no desk in the room, but there is one in the dining room available for your exclusive use. The clean and bright bathroom is shared with myself, and has a great shower and spacious bath.
