Ground floor one bedroom flat situated close to amenities on a quiet street away from road noise.
We fully renovated our flat recently with the works finishing in February 2020.
Lovely open plan kitchen and living space filled with houseplants. We have a dishwasher and provide dishwasher tablets. We also have a washing machine and provide washing powder.
Small but well equipped newly fitted shower room (1 year old). We provide soap, shampoo, towels and flannels.
Ideal for working from home with a desk set up with a beautiful view of our lush green courtyard. Screen, Bluetooth keyboard and Bluetooth mouse provided. WiFi is very good - I have been using it the last year to work from home and it is good for video calls and emails.

Beautiful private garden including fish pond. A very tranquil space. Open the door, switch on the fountain and listen to the calming sound of trickling water and birds singing!
Perfect West London and Central London base on the Chiswick borders. 5 min walk from South Acton station which is on the Overground line which will take you to Kew and Richmond. 15 min walk to Acton Town which is on the District and Piccadilly lines which will take you to Central London and Heathrow Airport.
Cafés and restaurants within very easy reach. 2 mins from a gym with swimming pool. 5 min walk to Churchfield Road which is our local high street and offers lots of independent cafés, restaurants and shops. 15 min walk to Chiswick which is slightly larger and offers large variety of restaurants, cafés and shops.
Note we have neighbours living above us and occasionally hear them walking around. Our garden also backs on to a railway line and we have trains passing every 15 mins or so but they are quiet trains (electric overground trains). A very small price to pay for a private garden that’s not overlooked in London we think! We live here with our dog Bruce. Although we do keep the flat immaculate, it may not be suitable for those who suffer with dog allergies.
