This spacious one bedroom apartment is ideally situated in one of the most pedestrian friendly neighborhoods of Los Angeles. An easy walk to some of the best bars and restaurants, farmer's markets, theaters and music venues in Silverlake and Los Feliz.

This apartment is bright and spacious and has everything you need for a pleasant stay in Los Angeles. Two people will feel comfortable but it can accommodate up to 4 (it has a queen-sized bed and an inflatable queen-sized mattress). Wireless Internet, large flatscreen TV with Netflix, Hulu (and very large DVD collection), fully equipped kitchen and a gas stove (perfect for cooking produce procured from the abundant local farmer's markets).

If you're a film buff, you'll love this neighborhood- the apartment is located across from the lot that housed DW Griffith's original studios, the lot that housed the original Disney studios are a stone's throw away…and the Mack Sennett Stage (famous for discovering Charlie Chaplin) is just down the street. The area is steeped in Golden Era Hollywood history!! It's also a block away from the Vista Theater, an old Hollywood establishment.

Not only is this apartment ideally situated within walking distance of Silverlake and Los Feliz dining and music hot spots, but it is also conveniently located a few blocks from the Vermont/Sunset Red Line metro stop (making Downtown LA and Hollywood easily accessible by foot). Farmers markets in Barnsdall Park, Los Feliz, and Silverlake (nearly every day of the week!) are within walking distance. The apartment is about a mile from Griffith Park which boasts some of the best hikes and views in the LA area (not to mention the Observatory)!!
