Charming appartment nearby the sea & restaurant locations (400m walking distance). It offers one bedroom, one living & dinning room, kitchen and bathroom. There is a separate entrance to it and guests enjoy their own garden, patio and have their own parking.

Hübsches Appartement, ruhig gelegen und doch unweit vom Strand & allen Restaurants (ca 400m). Es bietet einen separaten Eingang, eigenen Parkplatz und Gartensitzplatz.

The appartment also offers a sofa to sleep at but we prefer to rent it to only 2 people maximally instead of up to 4.
Situated on very quiet location.
Smoking is not allowed in the appartment - but you can do so in the garden ;)

Also, there is air condition available!

I was born and I live in Zurich, Switzerland.

My family lives in Medulin, approximately 300m from the appartments in their own house. They are super-experienced in the tourist business, as we've had more than 10 rental appartements since 1980 in Medulin.
My family takes care of the housekeeping and is available on-site for all kind of questions of my guests.
In addition, I'm available for all questions as well: in German, English, French, (a bit of Italian and Spanish) and of course Croatian.

Final note: Pls note, there is no WiFi available in the appartment. Also, the house was build 2011 - so it's all relatevely new and therefore in a great condition!

There is paradise for surfing, kayaking, rowing, sailing... There are really nice mountain bike trails around. With the car, the world famous Rt Kamenjak is just 15 minutes drive away, while it takes 10Km to Pula.
Things to see:
- Levan Island: in the bay of Medulin, there are Taxi-Boats available
- Cape of Istria / Rt Kamenjak: Make sure to visit the Safari Bar :)

- Pula (appart from the City and Amphitheater) has some nice beaches too: Punta Verudela, Lunga Mare, Zlatne Stijene

- Rovinj (30km); Porce (50km), Groznjan (a small but world famous artistic town)
