Our accommodation is not located into the inside of any popular neighborhood but on a main road of primary importance located outside of the neighborhood where the writer Elena Ferrante based her novel entitled ''My Brilliant Friend''.
The name of the main road where our accommodation is located is CORSO MALTA and we are at the street number 150B.
Our accommodation has got a private parking behind secure gates.
Straight at the entrance of our building there is an H24 bakery which offers fresh bread and amazing small pizzas.
Straight in front of our building there is an High School named Enrico Fermi and a very good Bar(Café)named Caffe Del Corso which offers delicious pastries,coffee and italian cappuccino for breakfast.
Straight on the left side of our building there is one more High School named Enrico Caruso and right in front of it there is the Main Church named Santissima Trinità at Corso Malta.
At 250 meters and only at 2-minute walk from our building there are the 2 biggest and most important BARRACKS (military-soldier's accommodation) of the city of Naples.
At 400 meters and only at 5-minute walk from our building there is the Shopping Mall named ''CONAD''.
At 750 meters and only at 8-minute walk from our building there is one of the main city squares named NATIONAL SQUARE (PIAZZA NAZIONALE)where one can find many restaurants and pizzerias open H24 and the biggest and most important POLICE STATION of the city of Naples.

At 1.5 kilometres and at only 15/20-minute walk from our building there is Porta Capuana(Capuana Gate) which is one of the original 11 ancient gates to access into the Historic City Center of Naples and Castel Capuano which is located straight at the start of Naples’ Historic Centre Main street named Via Tribunali.
At 2 kilometres and at only 20/25-minute walk from our building there is the Naples’ Central Train station which is the Main Rail Way Station in the city of Naples located at Piazza Garibaldi(Garibaldi Square).
At 300 meters and only 1-minute drive from our building there is the entrance to the Highway to easily reach the airport and the best destinations of our Region.
What makes our accommodation EXCELLENT is not only the unbeatable value for money and the completely brand new apartment but the location of our Corso Malta Road itself which thanks to the Schools,Barracks and Police Station is well known throughout the city for being one of the SAFEST Main Roads of the city of Naples!
