Large and comfortable space including all the essentials you would need for your stay, long or short. Our Hidden Gem in Arroyo Grande is centrally located and close to the Village of Arroyo Grande or the dunes. This is a beautiful part of the world with so much to see and do. We hope you have the opportunity to enjoy a hike, walk on the beach, see live music or stroll through some of the many local shops in either the Village of Arroyo Grande, downtown Pismo Beach, or the picturesque Avila Beach

Beautiful second floor private flat is larger than expected and has all the amenities for a overnight stay as well as an extended trip. As you walk in the front door you are greeted buy a large living room that is comfortable for the family. There is a Smart TV, Xbox One, and WiFi so you can stay connected and entertained. Through the sliding door is the deck that offers a great place to BBQ and enjoy the cool Climate of the central coast. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans and anything else you may need to prepare a meal as well as a large refrigerator. The bedroom has a king bed and a second Smart TV for your enjoyment and a large closet. The location is 1 minute away from the village of Arroyo Grande that offers a host of restaurants and bars. Lopez lake is 15 minutes beyond that. Pismo Beach is 5 minutes to the sand on grand ave, and 8 minutes to downtown Pismo. Everyone who stays here is pleasantly surprised by the space and amenities, come enjoy it for yourself.

The unit is upstairs, you will see the stairwell on the right side of the front of the building. In the stairwell attached to the railing is a lockbox with the key inside.

Located adjacent to a very nice and quiet neighborhood you will also feel very safe as the Arroyo Grande Police Station is next door. Walking distance to the Village of Arroyo Grande and all of its restaurants and nightlife. A short drive or *bike ride* (see below for details) to the popular Pismo Beach or Oceano Dunes where you can still drive your vehicle on the sand! Venture in towards San Luis Obispo for a taste of the Central Coast wine country or along the coastline to the beautiful Avila Beach. Feeling adventurous? Enjoy one of the many hikes for a breathtaking view.
