This one level, 2-bedroom,2.5-bathroom condominium has a partial mountain and valley view with two private decks and electric barbeque. The spacious kitchen features granite counter tops. There is seating for six at the dining room table plus three bar stools at the kitchen counter. The living area has a flat screen TV with a DVD player as well as a wood burning fireplace. The Primary and second bedroom both have an en-suite bathroom. The bathrooms have been updated with granite counters and nicely tiled showers with glass doors.

LOCATION: The Ranch at Steamboat is located just to the west of the Steamboat Ski area, above the Sheraton Golf course. A private shuttle (winter only) is available to guests for transportation to and from the ski area, shopping and dining.

The Ranch at Steamboat Condominium Resort and Conference Center offers superior accommodations and services at extremely competitive rates. This 36-acre hillside location provides plenty of privacy and ample elbow room, plus spectacular views of the Steamboat Ski Area and Yampa Valley - yet is only minutes from all the action. The Ranch is renowned for its friendly, complimentary private shuttle service (winter only), which transports you to the ski area or downtown Steamboat Springs at your convenience.

Onsite amenities include a fitness center, outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, men's and ladies' saunas, and four outdoor tennis courts. Please note that the pool and hot tubs are open during winter and summer months only. Arrangements can be made to use the onsite conference room, as well as the catering service that utilizes the onsite professional-grade kitchen.

This property is professionally managed by Mountain Resorts, Steamboat Vacation Expert and the largest locally owned property management company in Steamboat Springs. Our professional front desk staff is available to our guests every day, and check-in is available 24-hours a day in our conveniently located welcome center on Mt. Werner road. We have housekeeping services and a maintenance department should you need assistance with anything at your rental property.
