Lake View Apartment is creatively designed to fit every guests' needs. Its space is thoughtfully designed to provide a cozy living room facing the terrace with views of the Lake and Park and a kitchen equipped with all necessary utensils. All premises of apartment offer full natural lighting from the large bottom-top glass-windows, which is complemented with recesses spot lighting that offer a sleek modern feel.
Colours of furniture, sofa and walls used to fill up the interior’s design blend together in a modern and neutral style to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. We have complemented the views of nature offered from the apartment with a natural touch in the interior’s design by using recycled wood for tables.
All of the rooms have windows interconnecting to a large terrace where you can enjoy the sun as well as the views of the Lake, Park, Zoo and Botanic Garden, Olympic Stadium, pools (open and closed), calcetto fields. All of the rooms are bathed in lens-loving sunlight. You are woken in the morning by the early sun, and take your evening drinks on the freshness of the terrace as the sun romantically sinks at the rear.
Toilets offer all necessary amenities, including toiletries, shower, hair drier, washing machine, heating. The apartments offer cleaning facilities and adhere to an environmentally -friendly policy, which guests are invited to join.
The apartment is located in a coveted area with a diversity of amenities around such as the Lake, Park, Zoo and Botanic Garden, pools (open and closed), calcetto fields, Turbina multicultural center, all types of restaurants (fish, Albanian, Italian, Mexican food), while being within a walking distance from the center and the famous “Blloku” area. Just a few steps from the entrance of the building, transport facilities are provided; a taxi station and the bust station is few meters away. Parking facilities are provided in the area.
