We are seasoned hosts with great reviews- please see our other listings to find out how much people love to stay with us. This is our primary home, and it's perfect for your Oaks and Derby adventures - close and convenient to Churchill Downs! This listing is for the entire house. Comfy Queen Size bed on the second floor, Comfy Queen Size Bed on Third floor, comfortable deluxe cots in 3rd bedroom, with two full bathrooms. Off street parking available in the back of the house.

This listing is for our entire house for Derby. We have everything you need to enjoy your stay in Louisville! Feel free to use the kitchen (refrigerator, range, microwave, etc.), and enjoy the other amenities like a Keurig coffee maker, wet bar, and clothes steamer. There is free off-street parking. We have a great front porch that faces beautiful, tree-lined Southern Parkway and a lovely back deck with table, chairs, and hammock that is perfect for relaxing. Our two cats share the space with us, but they'll vacate the premises with us for the duration of your visit. We thoroughly clean with HEPA filtration ahead of your arrival.

Beechmont is a very friendly, safe, diverse neighborhood less than 2 miles from Churchill Downs racetrack, the airport, and Kentucky Kingdom, with convenient access to the University of Louisville, downtown Louisville, major expressways and Iroquois Park and Amphitheater. We are also on a main bus line that can get you anywhere you need to go. One block away you will find a convenience store, a coffee shop, a library and several restaurants. There are many dining options with some of the best ethnic cuisine in Louisville.
