The best part about this family friendly neighborhood is you can take a beautiful walk to the beach. We are a 3/4 mile walk to Delnor-Wiggins State Park Beach.

Once you reach the beach, you can walk south and you will reach Vanderbilt Beach and all of the beautiful hotels on that strip including the Ritz Carlton and La Playa.
Have a casual lunch at the Ritz at their outside bar and grill. And don't forget to stop at La Playa for cocktails at sunset, or a romantic dinner.

We are a fun bike ride or short drive to nearby restaurants: Baleen, Turtle Club, Ritz Carlton, Tacos & Tequila, Zen Asian, Skillets, Namba, Whole Foods, Mercato shopping center and more! You never have to leave the neighborhood by car if you didn't want to- This is a plus especially during the high traffic season!
