Hello everybody,

rent here one floor of my house. The rented floor has 100sqm living and 1500sqm garden area. Because I can use only one floor currently I rent just another. You have a private entrance and also the area for us is separated with a partition and completed so that everyone has their privacy. Of course, but we are there for you when you need us.

We are here, although rural and beautifully quiet in the countryside BUT in spite of everything by car or by train only 10 minutes to Mainz and 15 minutes to Wiesbaden. Until Frankfurt or Mannheim there are by car about 30 minutes.

So if you like the Trubbel town and likes it despite all zental and quiet is right here.

Access for guests

Guests can take advantage of everything available.

Smoking in the house. Since I am Non smoking, I ask to smoke on the terrace.

Pets are possible by prior arrangement.
