MàMà hostel 位於熱鬧的墾丁大街上，晚上一出門就是墾丁大街夜市，旁邊就有便利商店，往北步行3分鐘即可抵達鄰近的大灣沙灘，往南步行8分鐘可達小灣沙灘，鄰近20公尺有公車站牌，旅舍也提供電動車出租，食衣住行育樂可說是相當便利。
MàMà hostel is located on the lively Kenting Street, which is the Kenting street night market. There is a convenient store next to MàMà hostel. A 3-minute walk north to the Dawan Beach, and a 8-minute walk south to Xiaowan Beach. And the bus station is just 20 meters away. We also offer electric scooter for rental. It’s great and convenient to stay in MàMà hostel！

1、進房時間 (check in) 15:00後，退房(check out)上午11:00前，若超過退房時間半小時以上，得酌收費用，每小時以100元計。
2、入住時請出示您的身份證件及付清房租，並繳押金每人500元（押金是針對房門鎖&置物櫃鎖，歸還既退押金）
3、旅舍為保持住宿品質，一樓大廳除外謝絕訪客。
4、非住客不能在房裡過夜或佔據其他床位，違者每人收新台幣1,000元
5、會客時間：15:00～18:00，外賓會客需登記。
6、嚴禁從事賭博、吸毒、色情等非法行為，若經發現，旅舍將會報警處理。
7、客房及公共區域內為全面禁煙及嚼檳榔。 (僅開放戶外陽台空間吸煙)、違規吸煙者須繳納2000元清潔費。）
8、本館及房內所提供的設備，都是經過本青年旅宿用心選購，請勿破壞或私自攜出，發現違反事宜，旅舍將會依法求償。
9、如發現房內、屋內、公共設備損壞或遺失，一律照價賠償。
10、貴重物品請隨身保管妥當，如遺失恕本旅舍不予負責。
11、退房時請將鑰匙歸還服務員，如有損毀或遺失照價賠償。/感應卡與鑰匙若是遺失將酌收每組400元工本費、不便之處敬請見諒。/每床皆備有個人獨立置物櫃與鑰匙；退房時請將鑰匙繳回，如有遺失，每支須酌收鑰匙費用100元，大門鑰匙遺失費用則為200元。
12、行李寄存規定：如需寄放行李請事先告知，旅舍可協助旅客於入住前、退房後(當天)免費寄存行李。
13、請依訂房人數入住，不得臨時加人，如有超住情形而未告知，旅舍有權拒絕入住，且不退還房費。
14、旅舍提供備品（毛巾、吹風機⋯）退房時，請直接留於個人床位，以便服務人員收取，切勿帶走。

If you’re later more than 30 minutes after the check-out time, we’ll charge you NT$100/per hour.
2、Check in：Please show your Passport, pay off the room and NT$500 for the deposit(deposit will be return after returning keys)
3、For the safety and quality of the accommodation, visitors are NOT allowed.
4、Guest who’s not from MàMà hostel is NOT allowed to stay overnight or occupy beds, offenders will be charged NT$1000/per person.
5、Meeting time:15:00~18:00； Not guest from MàMà hostel should register.
6、It is strictly forbidden to engage in illegal activities such as gambling, drug abuse, pornography, etc. If found, MàMà hostel will report to the police.
7、Fully non-smoking and chewing betel nuts in the rooms and public areas. (only open outdoor balcony space smoking) Offenders will be charged cleaning fee NT$2000
8、The equipment provided in MàMà hostel and in the room is purchased through MàMà hostel. Please do not damage or bring it out privately. If we find any violations, MàMà hostel will seek compensation according to law.
9、If it is found that equipment provided in MàMà hostel and in the room is damaged or lost, destroyer has to compensate according to the price.
10、Please keep all valuables on your person at all times. MàMà hostel is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal items.
11、Please return towel and key after check out, if it’s damaged or lost, destroyer has to compensate according to the price.（Card and room key are NT$400 ; key of locker is NT$100 ; key of the Main door is NT$200)
12、Rule of luggage keeping : Please inform in advance if you need to keep luggage
13、If there is an over-the-counter situation without notice, the hostel has the right to refuse the stay and does not refund the room rate.
14、When you check out, please leave the towel on the bed for the housekeeper to collect, do not take it away.
