In the beautiful city of Orange, for a lady or couple, a nicely cottage styled room with large east side window in to private yard with established gardens.

Freshly renovated with modern amenities in kitchen & bathroom. Relaxed shared lounge zone.

Short 10 min stroll to CBD. Post office, movie theatre, gallery, restaurants, takeaway options and coffee shops around the corner.

Please note there are strict rules against bringing additional guests that are not in the original booking.

Your room will be at the eastern end of the house, allowing a private stay during the night. Stay warm during the chilly winter evenings with an electric blanket and by the gas fire in the shared living space.

Tea and instant coffee available. Some space available in fridge for storing perishables.

Free off street parking or out front is available.

This is a water-wise house hold, with our town currently on Level 5 water restrictions. Patrons are asked to abide by 3 minute shower rules. set by council.
