Our 5-STAR Luxury Condo is perfect for health conscious couples! This new contemporary condo is located in an HOA community in West Nashville and includes everything needed for a special weekend getaway for two or small group of four adults. It features a private cozy balcony with evening skyline views of the downtown city lights. As you walk into the home you will find a lovely space to relax, rejuvenate, and reconnect after a day of sightseeing, antiquing, shopping, outdoor nature walks/hiking, canoeing or kayaking, or checking out the delicious local fare. The 700+ sq. ft. condo is appointed with all the essentials necessary for romantic get-a-way weekends and business trips. It's designed for couples, business executives, health coaches, travel nurses, med-school residents, holistic health & wellness enthusiasts, and for out-of-town hospital visitors to be near their loved one who is hospitalized in any of our leading hospitals. We're 10 mins or less to Vanderbilt, St. Thomas Midtown, Centennial, and St. Thomas West hospitals. Below are a few highlights of the condo:

SMART HOME: The condo is a fully-equipped Smart home for energy efficiency and convenience. You'll find details on how to use these features in our house manual & guidebook inside the home.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped chef's kitchen with new high-end Smart stainless appliances. We provide pots & pans, dishes & silverware, a smoothie blender, toaster, coffeemaker, organic coffee, organic cream & sugar (and stevia). There's an island that comfortably seats 1-3 people as well as a cozy banquette breakfast nook to enjoy a cup of coffee or catch up on reading.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: There are 2 Queen Beds:
One high-end queen bed with custom memory foam cooling gel infused mattress topper is located in the bedroom and one queen sofabed with cooling custom memory foam mattress in the living room. Each bed features crisp & comfortable luxurious spa-quality Egyptian cotton linens & blankets plus extra pillows. The bedroom and living room both feature room-darkening, noise-canceling, thermal velvet drapes.

WALK-IN CLOSET: Large walk-in closet in the bedroom with plenty of hangers, luggage valets, hotel-quality security safe & a 3-story fire emergency escape ladder. You'll also find yoga mats, spa robes & slippers, and an aromatherapy diffuser with essential oils just in case you want to take time out to relax and decompress upon arrival or before your departure.

BATH: The bathroom has a full shower/bathtub combo with rain shower head, full sink with vanity, hairdryer, an additional cabinet for storage, black towels specific for makeup removal, Turkish towels & a starter set of organic-nontoxic toiletries for each guest. There's also a "forget-me-not" supply of toiletries and essentials just in case there's something you forgot to pack. *Please use only what you need and leave the rest for the next guest to avoid incurring fees.*

MOBILE DEVICES/ELECTRONICS
- TVs: Free WiFi and high-speed internet (150 Mbps) is included plus Smart TVs to catch up on news or your favorite shows and for watching local channels.
- USB PORTS: Two options are available; one is located inside the small side table next to the sofa AND two ports are located on each side of the queen bed in the bedroom to charge your devices.
- ALEXA is available in the living room for use as a personal concierge, for music, or for commands for smart appliances and light switches (Please do not tamper with or remove Alexa from the side table to avoid incurring fees. Since the home is a SMART home, various apps such as light switches, appliances, the Smartlock and thermostat operate at the direction of Alexa.

LAUNDRY: Pack light! The laundry closet is equipped with a new large Electrolux washer & dryer, ironing board, iron, and organic unscented laundry supplies.

PRIVATE & COZY BALCONY: The private balcony is accessible from the living room via a sliding glass door & comfortably seats 2-3 adults and features fantastic evening skyline views of the downtown city lights. No grilling is allowed per our HOA. No smoking allowed inside or outside the condo.

COMPLIMENTARY PARKING + FREE STREET PARKING
Free parking for one small to mid-sized car is included onsite in the designated lot for the condo for the duration of your reservation. However, unless you plan on driving 10 miles out of the city, we recommend taking an Uber or Lyft from BNA airport (approx $15) and use Uber/Lyft during your stay because parking downtown can be expensive and car theft is a reality in Nashville. If you will be driving in, we require the description of the car (make, model, color, etc) prior to check-in. If when you arrive find that someone else’s guest or a resident mistakenly parked in our assigned parking space you may park in the nearest spot, or opt for the free parking on the street in front of the condo.

FAQs
Q: WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT?
A: Check-in is anytime after 4:00 pm CST, any day except Saturday & Sunday. Check-out is by 11:00 am CST any day except Saturday. Your secure code will be sent to you around 10:00 am on the day of arrival. This allows you to check yourself in (contactless entry). Please confirm you received the code and contact us immediately if you have not. Codes are not activated until your check-in time and automatically deactivate shortly after 11:00 am CST on the day of check-out.

Q: CAN WE DO AN EARLY OR LATE CHECK-OUT?
A: At this time we are unable to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. We can sometimes arrange for a late check-out on Sundays for an additional fee. For security, we do not allow luggage drop off/storage; however, we can connect you with several local companies we work with who provide secure luggage services along with exclusive discounts for our guests.

Q: WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
A: Reservations booked via an online travel agency (OTA) such as Airbnb will adhere to the cancellation policy noted on the listing. Our cancellation policy is firm:
Free cancellation for 48 hours. After that, cancel up to 7 days before check-in and get a 50% refund, minus the service fee. Full refund if check-in is at least 14 days away
Example:
Reservation Booked & Confirmed.
48 hours later: 50% refund, minus the service fee
7 days before check-in: Refund of only the cleaning fee. There will be no refund for shortening your stay for any reason. We highly encourage guests purchase travel insurance at the time of booking to protect their investment.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
We work with Rental Guardian as a cost-effective and important way for guests to protect their vacation investment against unforeseen circumstances that may occur before or during a scheduled trip. Travel Protection combined with a Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection option offered by Rental Guardian is recommended and available for purchase after completing the Rental Agreement.

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the current pandemic, we have removed certain decorative items that are difficult to deep clean such as fur and velvet pillows & blankets. In addition, paper products will be provided, but on a smaller scale than usual. Thank you in advance for understanding.

SURVEILLANCE DEVICES & SECURITY CAMERAS DISCLOSURE
We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. To help us monitor compliance with our house rules we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.
We also use a signal detection sensor by PartySquasher, that sends alerts regarding the total number of devices in our home at any one time if above the amount expected per the total number of registered guests. We will not receive any personal information in these reports or even any information about any one individual device. This device detects if an illegal party is in process which are not allowed in Nashville at short-term rental properties.
Exterior security cameras are on the property to insure our house rules for occupancy limits for registered guests and that no unregistered guests arrive to our home. There are no interior cameras on the property.

✔ You'll have full access to the entire place including private balcony, with the exception of the supply and maintenance (water heater) closets located in the kitchen. There are no shared spaces inside the condo. Common areas within the HOA community include exterior breezeways, sidewalks and the parking area.

✔ COMPLIMENTARY onsite parking is available for ONE small to mid-sized car (which is a rarity in Nashville). If another guest is inadvertently parked in our designated space, or if the lot is full, overflow parking is available on the street.

RENTAL AGREEMENT - The Primary Guest must be a minimum of 25 years old and is required to enter into and sign our Rental Agreement upon confirmation of the reservation. Complete details of the Agreement will be provided via the messaging thread prior to send the Agreement for Primary Guests signature.

NO LOCAL BOOKINGS ALLOWED - We cater to travelers only. We require the primary guest sign a Rental Agreement for the reservation within 24 hours of booking. The Agreement includes the duration and dates of the reservation and a summary of our House Rules as noted on our listing. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive details of the agreement through the message thread followed by the Agreement which may be signed digitally via HelloSign for your convenience.

NO 3rd PARTY BOOKINGS - The primary guest must be the person booking/paying for the reservation and staying on site during the reservation term.

NO PARTIES/NO EXCEPTIONS - This is a home, not a party house. Parties are illegal for 1 bedroom short-term vacation rentals in Nashville and are prohibited by Airbnb. Parties will result in immediate eviction, loss of the security deposit and no refund.

SAFETY FEATURES
✔ Fire Prevention & Safety: The condo is equipped with fully functioninal hard-wired smoke alarms and sprinklers, a functioning up-to-date and tested fire extinguisher, and a 3-story height emergency fire escape ladder.
✔ Carbon monoxide monitor
✔ Home Security System: The condo is equipped with a SimpliSafe home security system. It is not mandatory and is optional for use at your discretion as to whether to turn on security monitoring. We will setup a unique code for you to use during your stay. False alarms may incur guest fees as determined by local police authorities.
✔ Grade A Security Smart Wifi Deadbolt Lock, the best possible grade to keep you, the property, and everything inside it, safe. Guests are responsible for locking the door when inside the condo and when out sightseeing or out for the evening.
✔ Nest doorbell camera which (a) monitors community activity outside the condo only, and (b) insures adherence to Metro Davidson County and the City of Nashville’s occupancy rules for short-term rentals. A Nest camera is also rear-facing outside the condo toward the main street which monitors only the street. There are NO cameras directed to or inside the interior of the home.

Our new 5 star contemporary home is conveniently located in West Nashville in a new urban neighborhood with historic homes & new modern and luxury commercial and residential developments near West End. Nearby food interests include historic McCabe Pub, Another Broken Egg, Pastaria, AVO (vegan), The SandBar, and Koko's Ice Cream (dairy-free). A few favorites in and around Nashville include 360 Bistro, Sassafrass Deli, Bastion (for a unique top-class dinner or just cocktails), Biscuit Love, and Dozen Bakery for breakfast lunch, and weekend brunch; plus, they have the best pain au chocolat since Paris! Hello! My husband (Lee) and I moved from Kentucky to Nashville in 2000 and never looked back. We love the people and everything Music City has to offer! A few of our "favorite things" include the Nashville Symphony at Schermerhorn, Cheekwood Gardens, Frist Art Museum, McCabe' Golf Course & Pub, Radnor Lake State Park, Nashville's amazing Greenways, and the many historic and new restaurants. We are health & wellness-minded (I'm a holistic nurse consultant for women with autoimmune disease and Lee is an avid mountain biker) and we enjoy yoga, pilates, aquatics, cooking, eating out and taking walks in the park. Through hosting we have met so many amazing guests from all walks of life which is the most rewarding part of hosting!
