This cozy bedroom for 2 is located in a near new contemporary 2-story home just one exit north of Beltway 8; 2 blocks from the Hwy 288 & Almeda Genoa exit; 3 miles from the Pearland Texas Shopping & Entertainment Complexes; 6 miles from the Texas Medical Center, NRG Stadium, the Museum District, Hermann Park and Zoo, Montrose, U of H, TSU; Rice / St.Thomas Universities and 10 miles from Houston City Hall, the George R. Brown Convention Center, Minute Maid Park, and the BBVA Soccer Stadium.

Bedroom #2 (fondly called the "Quilt Room") is located on the 2nd floor of this private home -just down the hall from a dedicated guest entertainment/den/TV Room. Easy access to the home is provided by a digital box that will open the front door and your bedroom door. The homeowner has a private bathroom, but there's a separate, shared bathroom upstairs for guests, located down the hall from the two bedrooms.

THIS IS A DRUG, FIREARM AND ALCOHOL-FREE HOUSE. Your compliance with that is appreciated. Additionally, shoes are to left at the front door.

IF YOU ARE STAYING LESS THAN A MONTH.... Be aware that there is an additional 17% Hotel Occupancy Tax charged, by law, for guests who stay less than 30 days with us.
