Amazing rooftop access with your swipe card! Beautiful views of Yarra River & South bank. Picnic tables and seating areas. Very cheap washing machines for $3 per load & only $1 for 1hr of drying! They are on level 2, 4, 6 and 8 of the building.

Please don't wear shoes in the house.
I may leave a ukulele or guitar there, if I do, you may play the ukulele or my black guitar. Please be very careful with my things especially musical instruments, I really care about them & they are my livelihood, thanks!
Please play music quietly. Don't play music after 10pm or before 10am.
The little silver tap at the base of the toilet must be turned on for the toilet to flush, you may leave it turned on.
If you want to save water, you may choose to turn the tap off when not using the toilet.

The building is a really cool old building built in the 1970's. It has an open central courtyard, reminiscent of many buildings in Barcelona, Spain. I kinda feels like downtown New York also.
