A wonderful lower ground floor one bedroom home in a street of Victorian terrace houses, close to great Lower Clapton Road bars, pubs, cafes and restaurants, Chatsworth Road with its shops and cafes, Hackney Downs Park, Hackney Marshes, the River Lea, and great transport links to East and Central London. With a huge comfy bed, clean modern design, and spacious lounge filled with plants, my place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and business travellers.

You enter through a red galley kitchen fitted with gas and electric stovetops, a washing machine and and a dishwasher. This opens out into a white, spacious lounge filled with plants and designer furniture, with a door to a small outdoor patio. The bedroom has bay windows, an amazing super king bed, a chest of drawers and wardrobe rack, and is separated from the lounge by a huge glass panel. The bathroom is newly renovated with a shower, basin and heated towel rails.

Please note: There is currently no WIFI in the place. Also the space is slightly more sparely decorated than the photos as some of my belongings are now in storage. There are still some plants and all of the amenity items are still there.

My house is in a wonderful neighbourhood, with lots of cafes, bars, restaurants, pubs and interesting shops within a 15 minute walk. Just outside the front door on Lower Clapton Road is Clapton Pond, with trees and a fountain, and within 10 minutes walk there are plenty of places to eat and drink, from pubs to incredible Japanese, crepes, tacos, tapas, cocktail bars, Turkish and pizza, and a lot of other amazing stuff. Hackney Downs park is nearby, with plenty of space to laze about and tennis courts that can be booked. 20 minutes walk away are London Fields and Broadway Market, which are huge local hangouts on the weekend - it's the centre of young London with thousands of people BBQing, sunbathing, having drinks in the park and checking out the market on Saturdays.
