Nestled in a beautiful, green and leafy Durban Suburb, 96 Bowen Avenue, is a warm and welcoming holiday home. A Centrally located home in a quiet residential suburb, housing 3 spacious bedrooms as well as a patio and pool-96 on Bowen Avenue is the ideal holiday home away from home.

With Secure parking for 8 cars, as a guest you can comfortably sit outside and enjoy the summer breeze or have a braai with your family or friends in our entertainment area.

This 3 bedroom double story, two level home has 1 bathroom consisting of a shower and bath-tub, 2 toilets, an open plan lounge & kitchen, dining room, wifi, pool and patio, Laundry room, drive in access and parking. We are located in a quiet residential area with 24 hour security monitoring. The property has an extensive surveillance system & is secured by an electric fence, with considerable lighting throughout the night.
The main house has a fully equipped kitchen, dining & living area. From the Kitchen and dining balcony... you can look onto the beautiful views of the area not forgetting the pool and entertainment area.
The main living room has its own TV, seating area & dining table. The kitchen has a full size fridge/freezer, oven & microwave. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine outside of the main outside, at the basement.
The setup of the bedrooms are as follows:
