Lovely family home in great location, in the heart of one of Britain's most vibrant cities. Would suit a maximum of 5 adults, plus a baby /toddler (one double bed, one single bed, one cot, one double sofa bed). Price is £150 per night for short stay...discounts can be negotiated for 5 or 7 night stays.

Cool, bright family home with all you need for a fun stay by the sea in Brighton.
House is over three floors:
Lower ground floor is a great open plan fully equipped kitchen/dining space (inc dishwasher, washing machine, microwave). Large dining table to seat six, plus two high chairs. Also with sofa that converts into double bed (extra bedding provided).
Ground floor is bright and airy open plan living space with large corner sofa, plus window seat. Large flat screen TV with Sky and DVD player. Bathroom is also on this floor with free standing bath and overhead shower, also toilet, bidet and two hand basins.
Top floor consists of two bedrooms. Main bedroom comes with Double bed. Second bedroom is child's room with single bed which is adult sized, a cot/toddler bed.
Small gardens at front and rear (decked) with benches.

We are situated brilliantly - the best parts of Brighton are within wlaking distance! (5-10 mins) and we can give you lots of nfo of the ebst places to eat/drink/visit.

The house is child friendly - usually home to a toddler and a six year old. So we have everything you could need...high chairs, steriliser, toys and books.

This house is in the sought after Hanover neighbourhood, which is a lovely area with classic Brighton rows of pastel coloured houses, and a pub on nearly every corner! It's a 15 minute walk to the beach and West Pier, 10 minutes from the famous North Laines shopping area, 5 minutes from The Level (a brilliant park with a playground, cafe and green space). The larger Queens Park is 15 minute walk away.
There's a deli at the end of the road, and a huge variety of shops and supermarkets 5 minutes away. There's plenty of great food on your doorstep (including the best burgers in Brighton!), with lots of restaurants, bars, cafés and take-aways.
