Resting behind the white picket fence with bursts of lavender, green buxus and magnolia trees framing this beautiful and peaceful cottage, Greywood is the perfect place to enjoy your Highlands experience.

The warmth and comfort of yesteryear is effortlessly fused with contemporary styling creating a harmonious and soothing home for you to immerse yourself in.

3 bedrooms all with ducted heating and cooling feature the charm of the original homestead - timber lining boards, high ceilings and comfortable beds.

Intimate spaces unfold to reveal a serene and generous free flowing living space relating seamlessly to the private, peaceful gardens beyond. Huge banks of glass doors roll back to extend the living and outdoor entertaining spaces as the seasons beckon and allow.

Delight with a book in front of the gas log fireplace or sink into the lounge and unwind. A modern and well-appointed kitchen is just the thing for indulging in your culinary skills. Enjoy your creations at the dining table or the large outdoor table with your family and friends.

Beautiful grounds and gardens provide a calming experience and in the cooler months watch the flames jump at the sky from the fire pit

Exeter is a vibrant community with a General Store –the hub of the village ideal for catching up, enjoying gourmet food, coffee, books and gifts. Opposite the General Store, pop into Quintessential Exeter and choose from an eclectic and fashionable range of clothing from Paris and Milan, jewellery, handbags and scarves. Quintessential also showcases the work of local artists and fine furniture which can bought as is or custom made to measure. Visit St Aidans Church, The Village Pump Antique store, Croquet club, Markets on the first Saturday of the month, Exeter Village Hall and oval with tennis courts for things to do. Only 10 minutes to thriving Moss Vale, 20 minutes to Bowral and less than 2 hours (drive) to both Canberra and Sydney

Booking Fee = $55
Damage Protection Fee = $59
These fees total $114 and show as an management fee

Extras available for hire: (subject to availability - request at time of booking)
• Rollaway (inc linen) - $40 per night minimum 2 nights
• Portacot (inc linen) – full stay only (max $30) $10/night
• Highchair – full stay only (max $21) $7/night

NOTES:
• This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence and there are no shared rooms. Enjoy your time in comfort and privacy.
• Directions to the property and Key/Access details will be emailed to the guest at 4pm two days prior to arrival.
• Extras available for hire include rollaway beds. Send us a message to check availability and cost.
• Information during your stay can be found in the Guest Information Folder or by calling our office 24/7.
• This property is approved for accommodation only. No mattresses, tents, caravans or more cars than the property accommodates are allowed. The guest limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have been booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay.
• Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests, you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission. This is not possible at all properties. If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property IMMEDIATELY with no refund of monies. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
• Under no circumstances are the following activities permitted at any of our properties: motorbikes, dirt bikes, quad bikes, use of firearms or air rifles, fireworks.
• Out of peak season stays of a week or more may qualify for a discount, please send us a message.
• This property is NOT pet friendly.
• WiFi is not guaranteed. This is a service offered as a complimentary extra. As there is no charge for this service, we will attempt to fix issues as they arise but cannot be held accountable.
• To ensure the comfort of our guests and the neighbours, we do not accept bookings for "Schoolies" breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow weddings or parties of any sort.
• This property is not suitable for children.
• For your added security, this property is managed by a Licensed Real Estate Agent. We will never request payments be made to an overseas bank account and your money is held safely in our Trust Account until after your departure.
