101 Sombrero is a stunning waterfront property that offers you gathering areas to visit with your friends but still allows the opportunity to retreat to your own space with a private bed, bath, and kitchen. Each floor is appointed with colorful decorations as well as comfortable furnishings and high-quality linens and towels. There are numerous spots on the property to sit and relax, read a book, or have a glass of wine and a chat. Quiet and peaceful. There are beautiful surroundings almost everywhere you look. You can watch the sunrise and sunset views from the rooftop deck. There is deep water dockage for multiple boats and water toys out your back door. Golf out your front door. Dining, shopping, and entertainment are just minutes away. Sombrero Beach a short drive away and Bahia Honda Park a short 15-minute drive across the beautiful 7-mile bridge. This property is located "close to everything" or "a world away", as you choose. An ideal vacation gathering place!

101 Sombrero is on Boot Key Harbor and available for 7-day rental or longer. This quaint residence consists of three separate apartments each with their own entry, kitchen, and bathroom(s). This is the ideal location to get away with a small group, but still, have your own space to retreat. It was designed ideally for 3 couples but 4 couples can fit. Each beautiful unit has incredible sunset views of Boot Key Harbor from the balconies or porch. The comfortably furnished rooftop deck offers a gathering place to take in 360-degree views of the harbor, golf course, and the rest of Marathon. A great place to enjoy morning coffee, catch some afternoon sunshine, or watch the sunset over the harbor while enjoying your favorite libation. Then later your view is wide open to a million stars.

The property has ample private parking in front of the house. Across the street, there is a gravel parking area that is on a 1st come basis. The backyard has a table for 6 for alfresco dining and a large grill to prepare the catch of the day. The property boasts 100 ft of seawall with four boat slips. Each slip having shore power and water. Two boat slips will accommodate up to 50 ft boats. The two other slips will accommodate up to 36 ft boats. There is a fish cleaning table and water at the docks as well as an outdoor shower and outdoor bait freezer. Bring your boats and enjoy the great location. The breezeway offers a table and two comfy chairs to enjoy a cool shady spot. You will also find a full bath with shower for convenience when spending time outdoors and the laundry facilities are right next to it.

The first-floor unit is a ground-level studio with a 16 ft. wall of windows opening to the harbor. This unit has granite counters and contemporary cabinets and a beautiful California King size bed with 100% cotton bedding. The kitchen is well equipped with all the comforts of home. There is a dining table with seating for three. A large leather loveseat invites you to retire to after dinner and enjoy the flatscreen TV and Bamboo shades on the sliding glass doors tuck you in for the night. The bathroom has a full size tiled tub/shower, granite top vanity, and luxury cotton towels.

The second floor of the home has a large family room and kitchen area that opens up to Boot Key Harbor and balcony via the 16 ft wall of windows. The dining table seats 6 and there are also barstools at the kitchen counter. Comfortable couches and a flatscreen TV provide a great spot to catch a movie. There is a cute and convenient 1/2 bath tucked between the kitchen and the Master Bedroom. The second floor has two bedrooms. The Master bedroom is large with views of the harbor a lovely King size bed with luxury 100% cotton bedding. Two tropical ceiling fans and A/C will keep you comfortable. The master bathroom is roomy with double sinks, tub/shower, and thick cotton towels. The door to access the stairs to the rooftop deck is just across from the bathroom door. The second bedroom is accessed from the master bedroom as well. It is small but still has an IKEA day bed that converts to a king-size bed. It has a triple sliding glass door to the second-floor exterior wrap around deck as well as an amazing view of the harbor. The Tropical Ceiling fan and A/C make it a great little sunroom or place for a nap if not being used as a bedroom.

The third floor of the home is a romantic studio with a beautiful granite kitchen counter and an elevated dining top with seating for two. The room has a majestic king-size bed with 100% luxury cotton bedding, a unique couch, chair, footstool and coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. It also has a 16 ft. wall of windows that open up to the balcony and stunning views of the harbor. The bathroom has a designer vessel sink and faucet on a granite vanity top, comfort height Kohler toilet, and custom tile shower with dual showerheads. This unit also has access stairs to the rooftop deck through the door at the end of the hall.

*Please note- This is a strictly non-smoking residence inside and outside and that this home is not suitable for children.

Parking Notes: There is free parking for 4 vehicles. There is additional parking across the street, but on a first come first serve basis. There is room for a boat trailer and four cars. Ample room for eight guests.

Dock Details: 4 boat slips with water ashore power up to 50 ft boats. 2 slips can accomodate 50 ft, the other two are smaller.




Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
