Private [Air Conditioned] Room, with Queen bed, plus private bathroom in beautiful and spacious [198m2] 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath duplex. Plus use of Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room [POSSIBLY SHARED].

Stunning views, in a historic Mala Strana...adjacent to Petrin Park. Blocks from Prague Castle and Charles Bridge. The area is dotted with embassies, ministries, historic sights, luxury hotels and lots of great restaurants and such.

This is large apartment is usually offered "entire flat" but with tourism impacted by CV-19...I am now offering individual rooms. Unbooked bedrooms witll be locked off...and the spaces such as Living Room and Kitchen will be "shared spaces" but there probably will be nobody sharing them with you. You can book 1, 2, 3 or 4 bedrooms as you prefer. Your booking specifically includes a Private [air conditioned] Room, Private Bathroom and [possibly} shared use of the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Room. For those who are travelling actively, there is also a washer and DRYER [very rare in CZ]. Air Conditioning and Elevator are also rare in Prague :-)

A beautiful and spacious [198m2] 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bathroom duplex apartment with stunning views, in a historic Mala Strana building...wonderfully situated in Mala Strana adjacent to Petrin Park - one of the best locations in highly desired Mala Strana! Located less than 1km from and below the Castle, the area is dotted with embassies, historic sights and luxury hotels...as well as lots of great restaurants and such...Hellichova is one of the most desirable locations in the very exclusive "Little Quarter".

Incredibly close to everything which makes Mala Strana one of the most highly sought after places in Prague... The apartment was updated about 5 years ago and provides the all comforts and conveniences of modern/luxury living. Including both an elevator and being fully Air Conditioned [both rarities in Prague].

The lower level of the duplex consists of two bedrooms, living room, kitchen and dining area, two bathrooms [one with both shower and a bathtub] as well as an additional half-bathroom/WC.

The TWO separate upper levels [loft/attic bedrooms] consist of one bedroom with a Queen bed and sitting area as well as space for a single bed [plus can be setup with infant or child bed upon request]...and another bedroom with a Queen-size bed.

The apartment was recently acquired and is constantly being upgraded with new things, so as to always improve it and the quality of stay for our guests. It should hopefully have all the necessities and more for your convenience.

If you need something and you would like to know if it is available...just ask!

This is one of my two personal residences in Mala Strana, so I think you will find all the comforts of home :) I will usually stay at my other apartment when individual rooms are booked.

The apartment could easily host many more guests, just let us know your needs...I can tell you what is possible. Additional beds can usually be added [as well as items for toddlers/infants if provided with sufficient notice]. And additional rooms can be offered for a good price.

It is almost impossible to describe how good the neighborhood is for both residents and guests/tourists. Mala Strana [the Lesser Town/Little Quarter] is filled with excellent and yet very reasonably priced restaurants...there are numerous music clubs and some nice pubs, bars and clubs [but not TOO MANY]. In terms of overall location, Malostranske Namesti is one of the best transit locations with 4 major tram lines [12, 15, 20, 22]. Charles Bridge is 350 meters away! Prague Castle is roughly a 10 minute walk [just over a few blocks and up the hill] or can be reached via Tram. The "Old Town" with Prague Square, the famous clock tower, Josefov [the old Jewish Quarter] and also many other popular spots are roughly 1km or roughly 1/2 mile away [10-15 minute walk..assuming you don't spend hours enjoying Charles Bridge]. Everything is also cheaper in Mala Strana than on the other side of the bridge [Karluv Most]. If you love to shop...great places are not far away, with Novy Smichov shopping center and Andel is directly south 4 stops away by the 12, 15 or 20 Trams...Narodni Trida is 2 stops via the #22, 23 or 9 trams [both also have large Tesco stores]. Kampa Island, the famous Lennon Wall, the Kafka Museum are all less than 5 minutes walk...and Narodni Divadlo [National Theater] is a 5-7 minute walk [1 stop via 22, 23 or #9 tram]. Wenceslas Square approximately 10-15 minute walk. There are lots of free and/or low cost guided tours as well as bicycle and pedal/paddle boat rentals [boats cost 250 Czk /hour] just a few minutes away...many of the tour/cruise river boat operators are located just a few minutes away also [and the Dinner Cruises are nic
