This private, renovated, extended stone cottage lies within a large expanse of flat lawned garden in rural Cornwall. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this recently decorated home has just been made available. Cosy evenings in front of the fire or outside on the protected patio around the fire pit are a real feature of this home. Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms. Everything for a perfect holiday in a peaceful environment. Excellent golf course nearby. Bbq, table tennis

The house has been extended since it’s early days as a coach stop in the 18th century. The lounge is on the first floor with an open fire, 3 sofas and a library. Perfect for cosy evenings in or quiet time in front of the tv.
There is a double sofa bed in the lounge.
On the same floor are 2 bedrooms and a shower room.
Downstairs there are 2 bedrooms, one en-suite with bathroom and 1 with adjacent shower room.
The dining room is next to the fully fitted kitchen. There is a large dining table that seats 8 comfortably. There are 2 extra chairs.
In the utility room there is a washing machine, dryer and half size deep freeze.
The downstairs Aqua bedroom has two singles that can be made up as a Superking bed and has an en-suite bath/shower with basin and toilet.

The black and white bed room is also downstairs and is a King bed and has a shower room with basin and toilet immediately adjacent.

Upstairs there is the Stone bedroom with a double bed.

Next door is the seaside room with 2 small singles that can also be made up as a king sized bed. These two bedrooms share a shower room with toilet and basin.

Outside there is a secluded patio with new comfortable chairs, table, BBQ and fire pit. Perfect for fun lunches and suppers. There is a huge garden playing field at the front of the cottage that is perfect for rounders, cricket or football. There is a table tennis table and other outdoor games so lots of fun to be had.
Launceston golf club is 3 miles away and and they welcome visitors.
Babies and toddlers may stay but there is no cot or high chair or other baby equipment available. Please bring what you require.

My husband and I have owned the mews house for 15 years. We love the house because it is so central and yet it is very quiet. The decor is warm and calming and it's an oasis in the middle of such an exciting city.
We love to eat out at the many fabulous restaurants locally, many within walking distance and always feel safe in the streets around the house at any time of day. The sheer number of museums and art galleries in the area mean we are never bored and we love walking and cycling in the parks. We are avid travellers and in the last few years have visited various countries to look at the different wildlife and scenery.
