Trash cans are located throughout the house, and there is one large one in the storage closet as soon as you enter the Family Room (it is behind the door that leads from the Sun Porch to the Family Room).

Family Room has a 60” TV in front of a large sectional sofa.
Two downstairs bedrooms both have TVs.

Permanently mounted spotlights illuminate both ends of the parking area on the west side of the house and in front of the carport. The backyard behind the carport and around the patio are also illuminated with permanently mounted spotlights.

The double ovens in the kitchen inside measurements are 18.5” deep and 14.5” wide.
The Frig is large & open, easily accommodates party trays; Ice dispensed through door; large freezer section in the bottom.
Cook Top has 5 electric eyes.

Dining Room has seating for 8.
Sun Porch has seating for 8.

An emergency escape rope ladder is located upstairs in the closet in the last bedroom/alcove.
A fire extinguisher is located in the large upstairs closet on the right side of the den area as soon as you enter.
Another fire extinguisher is located in the kitchen.
Laundry Room has an iron and an ironing board. The Laundry Room is at the base of the stairs on the left (back yard side of the house).
Coffee:
12 cup coffeemaker in the Kitchen.
Keurig in the Family Room on the Kitchen Pass-Through.
Extra sheets and towels are located in the linen closet in the Hallway across from the Hall Bath.
Outside Lighting:
There are exterior spotlights on both ends of the driveway in front of the three-car Garage, one aimed at the service yard beside the Carriage House, one aimed at the back yard behind the Garage, and one aimed at the back yard beside the Breezeway to the Garage. The switches for these exterior lights are in the Family Room next to the door to the screened breezeway.
There are two spotlights for the back yard and these switches are in the Kitchen near the passthrough to the Sun Porch.
