The open living and sleeping area includes a king-size bed, sofa, TV, closet space, and plenty of natural light from the home's southern exposure.
The full kitchen features a range and oven, apartment-size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and the essentials for preparing meals at home.
The updated full bathroom includes a tub and shower, and an in-unit washer and dryer makes longer stays easy.
Just outside the front door is a patio area for enjoying some fresh air during your stay.

You'll have the entire backhouse to yourself, including the patio area directly in front of the unit.
The front house has its own back patio adjacent to this unit, so you may see other guests while outside, and they may have pets with them as well.
All guests are encouraged to keep their dogs leashed outside with discretion so everyone can comfortably enjoy the outdoors.

The yard is not 100% fully enclosed, and should not be considered a fully secure off-leash area.
However, it is a private back yard area directly next to the guest house set far behind the front house and is fenced on all sides except for the driveway leading in from the front of the property.
Dogs are welcome, but because other guests and their pets may also use the outdoor space, please keep your dog under your control and do not leave pets outside unattended.
For extend stays we provide a starter supply of consumables (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags) to make your stay start off easy and comfortable. Guests are responsible for purchasing replacements once those run out.
