Minmar Cottage offers an abundance things to do on your doorstep, why not enjoy a lovely meal at one of the local eateries or head out along the awe-inspiring South West Coast Path over to the exciting beaches of Carbis Bay, Porthminster, and Porthkidney. Its private courtyard garden provides space to enjoy your morning coffees and watch the world goes by.
GROUND FLOOR
Stable door to:
Living/dining area: This open plan area features a flagstone floor, characterful, exposed Cornish stone walls and snug window seating. There is a delightful log burner, Smart TV, a comfy sofa and dining table for four guests. A great place to enjoy quality time away with family and friends.
Kitchen: A hand-built galley kitchen with a Belfast sink, electric cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, which accepts Nespresso pods and washer/dryer.
Cloakroom: with W.C.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1: Double bed, two bedside tables, chest of drawers and wash basin.
Bedroom 2: Twin single beds, bedside table, chest of drawers.
Bathroom: One step down to the bathroom with thermostatic shower over the bath, wash basin and WC.
Outside: A sunny, walled courtyard garden perfect for a barbeque with plenty of space to store your wetsuits and surfboards.
Changeover Day: Friday – arrival 4.00pm – departure 10.00am
Power and Heat: Gas central heating.
Bedding and Linen: Bed linen and towels provided, please bring your own beach towels.
Baby Equipment: None provided.
