Ample living room with plenty of places to accommodate your family, friends or partners during a visit! Also, there is a 4 seat dinning table where you can study or work if needed!
The bedroom is private and comfortable, ideal for two adults. It has a Queen size bed with two nightstands, which have bedside lamps and wireless smartphone charging. Also counts with smart TV DirecTv sign, air conditioning and the main bathroom, which is private for this bedroom, including shower, toilet and sink!
It also has a single bed in the living room (besides the sofa-bed), which is usually covered to be used as a resting place, but uses a comfortable 1x1.90m mattress, where an adult can comfortably sleep and rest. Also, there is a secondary complete bathroom, with its own shower, for the use of visitors and/or people sleeping in the additional beds. We mention these in plural, because the sofa-bed can be armed for another guest, or even two children, using an additional 1.20x1.90m mattress.
Any special need in this regard should be announced with plenty of time (during the morning the same day), so our staff can prepare the required amount of beds and ammenities! ATTENTION: If you invite an additional guest during your stay, it will be charged separately. Further information in the IMPORTANT NOTES section at the end!
Some possible accomodations are:
- 3 adults: 2 in main room and 1 in the additional bed.
- 3 adults: 1 in main room, 1 in the additional bed and 1 in the sofa-bed.

The maximum capacity of the apartment is:

The apartment also has a laundry room with a sink, washing-drying machine and clothes drying rack, just behind the kitchen, which is ample and well illuminated. It is also furnished with:

- Assorted pans and pots.
- Kitchen utensils.
- Complete tableware.
- Fire extinguisher.
The following items are included for your enjoyment during the stay:

- If you require cleaning services during your stay, there is a fee of $90,000 COP (taxes included) per service. This service must be arranged in advance with the hosts.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- For bookings of 5 nights or more, a full cleaning of the apartment will be provided free of charge once a week, on a date and time to be agreed upon. If you require additional cleaning service during your stay, it costs $90,000 COP (taxes included) per service. This service must be coordinated in advance with the hosts.
- We reserve the right of admission.
- For monthly accommodation (28 nights onwards), linen change is done once a week.
- Guests under 18 years of age must present an identity document certifying that they are accompanied by their parents, in order to comply with local laws and combat Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children and Adolescents (CSEC). In case of Colombian citizens, the Civil Registry of Birth must be presented. If the minor is not accompanied by his/her parents, an authenticated letter must be presented where the parents authorize the minor to travel with the responsible adult, and the minor's civil registry will also be required.
- The owner of the reservation must always stay with the minor. Sub-letting is not allowed.
- The breakfast schedule is from 7:00 am to 10:00 am and is served in the breakfast room on the second floor.
