*Laundry Room is located at the end of the hall (it is shared, paid laundry with credit or debit card).

*Peter Kirk Public Swimming Pool and Kiddie Pool about 1/4 miles away! Open in Summer, through Labor Day.

*There are combination smoke detectors and carbon monoxide detectors in place that have 10 year internal batteries.

* There are silent water leak detectors in place near water/plumbing sources.

*There are area rugs are in place in the hallway, and bedroom, and perhaps elsewhere (they help with noise transmission for unit below).

*Sorry, but the couch in living room has some premature wear with the leather, and we will try to replace sometime soon!

*No access to USPS/mail box/mail delivery/mail.

* Ring Doorbell Security Motion Detecting Camera is attached to the outside of the front door. If someone rings the Ring doorbell, it should sound inside the unit with Chime in kitchen (Note: If you want to remove it, simply unscrew the attachment from the inside, and put it away, or HOST can turn it off remotely, upon request).

*93 Walk Score - walker’s Paradise. This location is a great for walking!

*Really great proximity to Downtown Kirkland and all its amazing restaurants, bars, parks, and boutique shopping. Walk anywhere in Kirkland!

*Close walking distance to Marina Park Waterfront, Heritage Park, Kirkland Urban (i.e., QFC, PCC Market, Shake Shack, Peter Kirk Park). Enjoy the Carillon Point waterfront. Walk to Unbelievable Park Lane, and famous Lake Street. Kirkland Performance Center and Kirkland Public Library are close by as well. And beautiful Cross Kirkland Corridor Trail through Goog Campus close by. Many other beautiful waterfront parka as well.

*Kirkland, WA is a small waterfront town located right on the edge of Lake Washington. Known for its walkability, and its stylish, friendly, safe, and desirable appeal. It’s a very short drive to Seattle. But, it’s also close to other major destinations such as Redmond, Bellevue, Woodinville (wineries and concerts), Juanita, Bothell, etc.
