We are pleased to welcome you to our recently renovated townhouse, with warm decoration and views of the garden and the mountains ⛰️
We wanted to keep the original charm of this townhouse built in the 1930s.
With an area of 120 m², overlooking a quiet street, you can enjoy the outdoor garden 🌲 (100 m²) for moments of relaxation under the sun of Grenoble.

The house is 15 minutes by tram from Grenoble city center (tramway C and E). And 5 minutes by car (and 7 minutes on foot) from "La Belle Électrique", a 900-seat concert hall dedicated to contemporary music in Grenoble, where you can also enjoy entertainment and themed evenings.

GRENOBLE is a very beautiful city, with a city center dominated by buildings with beautiful moldings and ironwork, close to many winter sports resorts and promoted to "Artistic City" of the year 2017! So we only have one piece of advice for your walks: look up and admire the magnificent graffiti on the facades of many buildings.
