Because we are nestled away from the bright city lights, you’ll get to enjoy beautifully clear stargazing at night and occasional visits from local wildlife like deer and rabbits.
The neighborhood is highly secure and largely occupied by hard-working local professionals, including teachers, city employees, and skilled tradesmen. It is an incredibly quiet, respectful, and family-friendly environment. If you are arriving after dark, the roads are unlit to preserve the country atmosphere, so we recommend using your high beams to spot local deer more easily!
