The lease will be governed by the following terms:

2.The parties expressly agree that this contract is to be considered stipulated in accordance with art.1,Subparagraph 2, letter C of the Italian Law Nr. 431/98, and acknowledge that the landlord does not provide any type of service (e.g.: daily cleaning services with towels and lines change). The property is rented for touristic purposes only. Beside the tenant, only the people mentioned in the attached list guest, if present, have the right to occupy the property.

purposes for him/her and the people explicitly mentioned in this contract and attached list of guests. Any violation of these terms will result in the termination of this agreement and the immediate return of the property to the landlord.
4.The rent of the period has been indicated in Airbnb web side and is …………E gross of commissions due to Arbnb by the landlord. Airbnb will transfer the rental to the landlord net of the commissions.
5.The landlord indicates the cleaning fee that will be paid by the rental to Airbnb and they do not are included in the gross amount of the lessor.
6.By accepting the keys of the unit, the tenant takes over the custody of the property, acknowledges its suitability for the agreed use, accepts to be bound by the house rules and to immediately inform the landlord in case of finding any defects or damages in the premises or its contents.
7.Any costs incurred for the supply of electricity, water, gas, heating, are included in the rent, and therefore will be paid by the landlord.
8.The landlord and tenant allow each other to share personal information in order to comply with the obligations arising from this rental contract (according to the Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2008)
9.The parties hereby agree that any possible dispute that may arise from this contract shall be dealt with exclusively by the Court of Savona.

The old Finalborgo is a beautiful small and medieval town. Many events can be offered.

Accetto le critiche e cerco di venire incontro alle richieste. Molto importante è se si riesce ad instaurare un rapporto di reciproca fiducia. Cerco di lasciare le case dove sono ospitata in ordine ed analogamente mi impegno a sistemare al meglio le case proposte in affitto.
