Guest Access, ID, and HOA Requirements
* Check-in is done at the Front Desk or with the Security Guard after hours, in accordance with building security and HOA requirements.
* A valid government-issued ID matching the name on the Airbnb reservation is required at check-in. This ensures your security and a smooth registration process.
* Any request to change or add names after booking will incur a $50 fee per change, and must be processed through Airbnb’s “Change Reservation” tool.

This is a timeshare resort, you are MY GUEST, that means you HAVE NOT to attend any timeshare presentation .
Timeshare tour is not required but may be offered by the resort for incentives.
WE DO NOT promote, endorse or encourage any sales pit however is up to you to accept in case it is offered, again, you are not required.
PLEASE CHECK OUR CANCELATION POLICY. Always is smart to buy a travel cancelation insurance, this way you always can have full refund in case you cancel.

RULES FOR CHANGING DATES:
1. Reservations made in promotional dates cannot be changed.
2. Changes (adding or removing days) can be accepted at least 7 (seven) days before check-in and are subject to availability.
3. Each date alteration has a $50 penalty (decrease in days).
