The apartment offers:

HOUSE RULES
To ensure a pleasant and disturbance-free stay when multiple people live together, a few rules apply:
CLEANLINESS & ORDER:
• Please leave common areas clean after use (bathrooms, kitchen, dining area, microwave, etc.)
• All guests are commonly required to take care of the dishwasher + trash removal
• The apartment is cleaned at least once a week (bathrooms, kitchen, floors, trash removal, etc.)
• Recycling is very important to me and legally required
(recycling bins are in each room and the shared kitchen, with instructions for sorting)
BOOKING & CHECK-IN:
• Third-party bookings are not allowed — please only book if you will stay here yourself (ID checks may be required at check-in)
• Check-in is possible anytime after 3:00 PM → You will receive a personal access code, valid from 3:00 PM on arrival day until 10:00 AM on departure day
• Check-out anytime before 10:00 AM
QUIET HOURS:
• Daily from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• All day on Sundays and public holidays
OTHER NOTES:
• Non-smoking apartment
• Minimum age: 18 years
• Musical instruments are only allowed with headphones
• Parking of bicycles, scooters, etc., is not allowed inside the apartment; please use the bike storage room on the ground floor

• If you need a residence registration form (Meldezettel), this is possible with a deposit of €50. It will be refunded after move-out once you have officially deregistered at the city office (within 2 weeks)
