The private lanai of Kuhio Shores 207 is like your own private SeaWorld, giving you a front-row seat to watch sea turtles and whales (in the winter) swim and play. The condo boasts incredible ocean views with Lawai Beach next door just steps away.

Remodeled and updated, the condo is furnished with high-end decor and top-of-the-line finishes with an A/C system in the living room and another A/C system on the short wall in the bedroom for airflow. Large floor-to-ceiling patio doors bring the outside into the living room, where you can lounge on an L-shaped couch and two chairs to watch TV. The couch also doubles as a sleeper sofa for extra guests.

All that sun and sand is guaranteed to make you hungry, and the modern, fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up meals and snacks. Surrounded by beautiful touches like granite counters and blue glass tile backsplash, cooking feels like less of a chore. Sit down with your ohana – family – around the L-shaped kitchen bar, enjoying a good meal and good conversation.

When it’s time to call it a night, rest your head in the ​main bedroom’s comfortable bed, as the sound of the waves lulls you to sleep. A small sitting area has a desk and another couch to curl up with a good book. The elegant bathroom comes with a single vanity and shower with a deep soaking tub.

Kuhio Shores offers an elevator, community laundry room, and communal BBQ area for guests to use.

Bluetooth stereos and Smart TVs offer the latest in entertainment, and our electronic charging stations mean your group will never have to fight over outlets. Plus, you'll enjoy easy check-in and added security from our keyless Point Central Lock system.

Why We Love This Home

Sea Turtles and Whale Watching: Grab a cold drink and a seat on the private lanai for your own personal ocean documentary, watching sea turtles swim and play in the Pacific. In the winter months, you can also see whales swimming in the deep blue waters.

Central Location: The condo enjoys a prime location for shopping, dining, and local sights, with the popular Beach House Restaurant next door and the Spouting Horn blowhole just down the walking path. Kukui’ula Shopping Village is just a few minutes away with shopping, dining, and a farmers market every Wednesday.

Practical, Open Floor Plan: Thanks to an L-shaped peninsula in the kitchen, the cook can prep meals while still interacting with guests in the living room and on the lanai.

Just 30 minutes from the airport, this condo puts you at Kukui’ula Shopping Center’s upscale grocery store, restaurants, shops, galleries, and a weekly farmers market (11-minute walk). Drive to the National Tropical Botanical Gardens and Spouting Horn Park (four minutes) for hiking through native plants and to a stunning waterspout.

Parking Notes: There is free parking for 1 vehicles. There will be a parking pass in the condo at the time of check-in; you must go to the main lobby to register the car. All vehicles must have parking permits which may be obtained at the lobby office or from any employee if not already provided in your unit. Each unit is restricted to one parking space. Such spaces are not assigned, park anywhere in the Kuhio Shores parking lot.
In the evening a big flock of parakeets descends on the trees surrounding the parking lot, where they spend the night. As a result, all cars parked under the branches (either the shower trees close to the entrance, or the palms trees along the side of the road that doesn’t look like they could hold many birds) will be covered in bird poop in the morning. Please park away from any branches. Generally parking in the middle of the parking lot, except under the shower trees is fine, as are the spots between the palm trees.
