🔑 Access to the accommodation
The key box is located at the entrance.

⚠️ To lock the door properly, first lift the handle upwards, then turn the key.
🍽️ Dishes
All the dishes available for your use are in the kitchen. Please do not use the dishes stored in the TV cabinet or the sideboard.
🌿 Terrace & garden
The cushions for the garden furniture and table are stored indoors. Please bring them back inside after use, especially in bad weather.
🌱 Outdoor maintenance
Depending on the season, particularly during periods of hot weather, I may need to come by to maintain and water the gardens. These visits will take place exclusively outdoors, without entering the accommodation, in order to preserve the green spaces while respecting your privacy.
💦 Hot tub
• Remove the cover before use and put it back on afterwards.
• Showering is mandatory before each use.
• Open from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m. — please respect these hours out of consideration for the neighbours.
• Eating and drinking in the hot tub is not permitted.
• The temperature is set to 37°C: simply switch it on.
• Please do not touch the jets or the settings.
• If there is any problem with the water or its operation, please contact me directly.
♻️ Bins
🟡 Yellow bin: recyclable packaging and paper, loose and not nested inside one another.
⚫️ Grey bin: household waste, in closed bags.
⚠️ House rules – please respect them
To ensure everyone’s comfort and preserve the accommodation, please respect the house rules, particularly the hot tub hours, quiet hours for the neighbours, and the proper use of the equipment provided.
Please also take care of the accommodation and its outdoor areas, and promptly report any problems or damage you notice.
