Enjoy a comfortable stay in our cozy ground-floor guest room, conveniently located with no stairs to manage with your luggage. A smart lock with your own private access code makes arrival easy and provides added privacy throughout your stay.
The room includes a laptop desk and office chair, making it convenient for working while traveling. You’ll also have a compact private bathroom used only by you. The bathroom is separate from the guest room and is reached by walking through the shared lounge and kitchen to the entry vestibule. It includes a bidet and walk-in shower. Please note that both the bathroom and shower are small and may not be comfortable for larger guests.
An iron, ironing board, hair dryer, and other essentials are provided. You’re welcome to use the kitchenette for light meals. It includes a microwave but no cooktop or oven. To help keep the guest room fresh, eating and drinking are limited to the kitchenette; water is welcome in the room.
Free off-street parking is available in assigned Space #2 in our private lot. Maximum vehicle height is 8 feet, with no exceptions. Parking is limited to standard passenger vehicles and small pickup trucks; oversized vehicles cannot be accommodated. Parking must be requested when booking.
Free Level 2 EV charging is available.
This room is best suited to guests who plan to spend most of the day out exploring, working, or visiting the area. As this is a residential setting, occasional household sounds may be heard. There may also be daytime construction noise nearby. Blackout curtains and a white-noise machine are provided for added comfort.
