Enjoy a fantastic getaway in this charming one-bedroom, one-bath second-floor condo unit, situated just a short walk from the beautiful Playa Hermosa beaches. The condo has recently undergone a thorough renovation and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, microwave, coffee maker, and a fridge, along with all the essential cookware to prepare delicious meals during your stay. There's a cozy dining area in one corner of the kitchen, suitable for four guests.

The living room features a sofa bed, accommodating an additional two guests, a coffee table, and a smart TV that comes with access to Amazon Prime for your entertainment during your stay.

The bedroom offers a queen-size bed, a wardrobe, and a safe box to securely store your belongings. A new air conditioning unit has recently been installed for your comfort.

Indulge in refreshing showers after a day at the beach or lounging by the pool in the beautifully remodeled bathroom.

Being on the second floor, you have access to your own private balcony with an additional dining table that can seat four guests, providing a pleasant view of the pool area.

The Hermosa Paradise Complex is a secure, gated community that includes one designated parking spot for your convenience. You can also relax by the pool area, which features a Jacuzzi and comfortable lounge beach chairs.

Rest assured, you'll find peace and tranquility in this spacious and newly renovated unit, ready to welcome you for an unforgettable holiday in Costa Rica.

Guests can access the unit using the key located inside the lockbox hanging on the door. Our team and the designated property manager are available to assist guests during their stay.

This is a No-Smoking Condo. Smoking is not allowed inside nor outside in the patio area in front of the unit, as per complex rules and regulations.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
