It is only minutes walking distance from Putra KTM, PTWC LRT, Putra World Trade Centre (PWTC), and Sunway Putra Shopping Mall and has short driving distance to KL City Centre.

This approximately 500-square-foot studio apartment is designed to accommodate up to four guests comfortably. It features a queen-size bed and two high-quality floor mattresses for additional sleeping arrangements. The apartment includes a modern kitchen equipped with a complete set of utensils for simple meal preparation. Additionally, a clean and contemporary private bathroom is provided. For guests arriving by car, please note that only paid parking is available.
1. You can park at the paid parking on the ground floor with touch n go card access, the first hour is RM3.30, and every subsequent hour is RM1.65 without the maximum daily rate.
2. We can help you to rent a parking card for RM20 per day (from 3 PM on check-in day to 11 AM on check out day). A discounted rate is available for long rentals. Please advise early for better arrangements.
We will be paying residents here to reserve your parking lot if you choose the 2nd option. Please note that parking fees are NOT REFUNDABLE once reserved.

*Appliance Usage:
Please turn off all electrical appliances when not in use (except for Wi-Fi devices and refrigerators).
*Furniture:
Do not rearrange the furniture; leave it in its original location.
*Garbage:
Take out the trash when the bag is full and dispose of it in the garbage room on the same floor. Clean dishes after use.
