Room available perfect for holidays and work trips to London! The flat is far enough from central to be quiet, but close enough to be in the middle in 25 minutes! Nearby pubs are awesome

Our room is a spacious double bedroom on a quiet street that is just off of two major streets. You will have full access to the garden (which will soon have a barbecue), and we have a washer and dryer on site. Just a warning - my partner and I are nerds so our bedroom walls now are graced with Doctor Who posters. Our roommates are some of the sweetest, most fun people you will ever meet, so they will make staying here an even bigger treat. We honestly didn't love London until we found this flat - it's the perfect combination of cozy and quiet home space and easy access to all London has to offer. We love it here and hope you will, too!

You will have access to the bedroom, the shared living room/kitchen, the bathroom, the garden, and the makeshift laundry room (should be a single 3rd bedroom but we're decadent). We have a laundry machine and dryer on site, so it's fairly convenient.

I always have my phone with me and have friends that live nearby should you need any help! I can also leave a guide so you know your way around!

Our flat is a 1st story flat, so be ready for a single set of stairs. That's about it really.
Trash goes out on Sunday nights, so keep your eye out for fluffly foxes! They avoid humans, but you can watch them from the window!

Our flat is in the vibrant area of Tooting just by both overground and tube stations. We're surrounded by amazing pubs (Gorringe Park, The Antelope, and Graveney and Meadow), fantastic places to eat (the pubs have amazing brunches, but Samarat and SW17 Deli are also fantastic), and wonderful shops (DB and Sons is wonderful for produce, and we could not live without the sausages or bread from Delight).
We personally love that our street is quieter than central London, but that we have easy access to go to city center should we feel like it. Wimbledon is also just two Thameslink stops away!
