PLEASE NOTE: Willing to negotiate on price depending on term of stay Our spacious 2 bedroom apartment has a leafy outlook. The building is the part of the peaceful complex with live security surveying the complex 24/7. One can always feel comfortable and it is a very family orientated complex also.
The bedrooms are large with both having a queen bed. Both bedrooms have bedside lamps, Wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors.Off the main bedroom one have access to their own complete bathroom with bath tube shower and toilet.
Off the second bedroom is a separate bathroom with a shower and toilet.
There is a 42" TV in the main living area and Foxtel & wifi all available. Both bedrooms have block out blinds so you can enjoy a sleep-in as well as keep the apartment cool during the days.
There is a large BBQ located on the balcony which can be used on many fine evenings.
It has a nice modern kitchen which is fully equipped with all standard fixtures - Oven, Dishwasher,Fridge - Freezer, Microwave, Toaster and Kettle. You will find all necessary saucepans, cutlery, plates and glasses.
The laundry is equipped with the Washing Machine, Dryer, Iron and Ironing table. You will also have the detergent if you need to do some washing
The complex has indoor swimming pools, spas, saunas, gyms and ping pong table. There is a convenience store, cafe, Hairdresser and beauty therapist and Japanese Sushi restaurant and Cafe within the complex.
