We're back! (away for awhile due to a need of a local due to the housing shortage from Hurricane Michael.) Veteran-owned, this is a newly renovated one bedroom one bath unit with sleeper sofa. Awesome location near Beach Access #24. Complex has pool, pool house, fire pit (at pool area) sauna, shuffle board, tennis courts, boat dock; all within a five minute walk to the beach. There is a Mexican restaurant, coffee shop, small grocer and wine store in the complex. We would love to host you!

ATTENTION! There may be some ongoing construction on the complex grounds due to the impacts of Hurricane Michael last fall. We cannot control these activities. If you feel this will disrupt your comfort level, please do not book with us at this time.

This complex has a boat dock on Grand Lagoon, which is connected to St. Andrews Bay and then the Gulf of Mexico. A public boat ramp is located nearby (about a mile away). Leave your boat in the water at the dock, and store your trailer on site. Registration fee required ($50.00) and is handled through the complex. I'll send you the link to do so. NOTE: This is a first come/first-served amenity. Space is not guaranteed.

Located within a five-minute walk to the beach, there is a beach buggy (push cart) provided for transferring your belongings to the beach (stored in the unit). We also provide a couple of portable chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach towels. Tennis rackets and balls are also provided in the unit. This complex also has a pool, sauna and shuffle board court on site.

The unit comes furnished with everything you need for your stay. We provide all linens and there is a hair dryer in the bathroom under the sink. In the kitchen there is a blender, toaster, coffee maker, and full appliances. Dishes, cookware, and plates, glassware, and utensils also. Basic staples like salt and pepper, sugar, coffee and tea are provided. There may be other food items there, so check it out before you make a run to the store.

The bedroom has a king sized bed, with a cable TV and DVD player. There are a few books if you like to read. In the living room coffee table are a few games like cards and dominoes.

The unit is approximately 690 square feet of heated and cooled space, with a balcony overlooking the tennis courts.

This unit is close to several restaurants and shopping. Because this is a mixed-use complex, there is commercial on the road frontage including a coffee shop, a restaurant, and a small grocer.

This complex is gated. The code changes periodically, so I will send that to you prior to arrival. There are no restrictions on parking, however be sure to use the provided parking pass. The complex does actively ticket and tow vehicles parked without a pass both on the residential and commercial side (overnight on the commercial side without a pass). This unit is on the third floor. There is an elevator. The door is a key pad-code entry.

Unless you or one of your party is an active duty military service member, rental can only be made if there is at least one individual over the age of 25 in the party. If there is an active duty military service member in your party and all party members are under the age of 25, then you will be asked to present your military ID at check-in. These rules are pursuant to the policies of the complex and Florida Statutes (see 509.095, F.S.).

This unit is neither child nor baby-proofed. We welcome young families, just please be aware when considering this reservation.

Due to it's full size (not queen), the sleeper sofa is better served for children, so please understand that if you have four adults.

This complex is a mixed-use complex with residential and commercial combined. There is a coffee shop on the commercial side road frontage, in addition to a Mexican restaurant, a Russian grocer, a wine shop and a beauty salon.

Across the street (Joan Avenue) and a few doors down is Hammerhead Fred's restaurant and night spot. There is also a Wendy's adjacent to the complex, and a Subway store directly across Joan Avenue.

Also close are two different attractions that have go-carts, sling shots, and other amusement rides and arcades. One to the east and one to the west, both are within walking distance. They seasonally operate from about 11am until about 11pm, and although this unit is not immediately adjacent to them please be aware of potential noise.
