A lovely 1 bedroom (plus sofa bed) apartment offering a great balance of convenience (secure parking, great location), size and affordability. Sleeps up to 4 plus crib. Spotless on arrival with fresh sheets and towels and full to the brim with all sorts of little features and emergency supplies to improve your stay. The apartment is highly secure on the first floor but feels very open with big bay windows which offer a great view of the famous Belfast marches as they go by (season dependent). There's also a handy washing machine for you long-termers and a lovely 43 inch TV with guest Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts should you ever fancy a quiet afternoon. This is a fantastic location, slightly out of the main traffic mayhem but as close as can be to all amenities and City Airport. Belfast's famous marches go right by my apartment. Come here for the marches and the madness!

It is located in a quiet area of the trendy and vibrant Stranmillis village - renowned for its large selection of restaurants and cafes. Belfast city centre is only a 15 minute walk away or 5 minutes by bus. The flat also borders botanic gardens, a favourite tourist attraction in Belfast - lovely for picnics, walks & events!
Cosy 1 bedroom flat - fully refurbished in November 2016 with new gas heating system installed. The living area contains a sofa bed which enables the flat to accommodate a maximum of 4 people. There is a fast WiFi connection as well as a TV, PlayStation 2 + games, small DVD collection, board games and various books for entertainment. In the kitchen area there is a fridge, freezer, washing machine, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric hob and oven. The cupboards are well stocked with everything you need for cooking and dining. There is also a selection of complimentary teas, coffees, biscuits and a coffee machine with espresso and chocolate pods. There is also a dining table which can accommodate 4 people. The newly installed bathroom includes a bath with overhead shower. Towels, shampoo and shower gels are provided. The bedroom contains a comfy double bed and closet area for hanging clothes. There is also an additional small utility room in the flat where you can hang coats and store luggage. An ironing board, iron and hair dryer are also available. Finally, you can relax in the balcony which overlooks botanic gardens / Queens PEC. It contains a cafe style table and chairs and an additional wooden bench. It has fairy lights which can be turned on at night time creating a lovely ambient space.
The flat is located in a quiet part of Stranmillis which is renowned for it's cafes (Sinnamon, Clements, District, Indigo, Bob & Berts, Cafe Connor, etc), restaurants / takeaways (Latitude, Casa92, Indie Spice, Yum, Honest Pizza Company, Sphinx, The Welcome, etc) and bars (House bar / Cutters). Stranmillis also has a convenience store (Centra), an off-licence (Winemark) and various other shops / businesses. The flat borders the popular Botanic Gardens and is very close to the towpath - both lovely for walks / runs / picnics. The Lyric Theatre, Queens University and the Ulster Museum (biggest museum in Northern Ireland) are located here.

The neighbourhood is a desirable place to live with many cafes, takeways, restaraunts and bars. It is also only about 2 miles to the city centre and it served with a very regular bus stop on the corner of my street.

What a location! A lovely one bedroom apartment located in the Queen's Quarter on the trendy Lisburn Road, less than 20 minutes walk to the city centre and 5 minutes walk to Queen's University. Located close to shopping, restaurants, cafes and parks. A short stroll will bring you to Botanic Gardens, the Lyric Theatre and Ulster Museum. The apartment block is modern, well maintained, safe and secure. Recently updated , newly painted and new laminate floor, with new bed, mattress and sofa bed.
This is a lovely one bed apartment - with a communal laundry room offering coin operated washer and dryers. There is a double bed in the bedroom. With good storage. We provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, towels and some toiletries. The apartment is ideal for two travellers - and fine for up to 3. After a number of requests we have now added a sofa bed in the living room to allow us to accommodate groups of 3 or those that don't necessarily wish to share a room. Parking is available on the streets either side of the apartment - it is free to park, but there is no dedicated parking space. I always get parked on Ulsterville Ave or Dunluce Ave. I have recently added a new TV and microwave for guest convienance . This was our first listing on air bnb - it was listed during the summer of 2016, and we've recently decided to relist it. It is our pride and joy - we love the location of the apartment and we think it is perfect for visitors coming to Belfast. We are seasoned travellers so will go out of our way to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Let me know what you need - we will do our best to accommodate. We also host travellers in our own home in the past and really enjoy the Airbnb ethos.
The apartment is close to Botanic, Stranmillis and Lisburn Road area. Nearby are some of the best restaurants in Belfast, bohemian cafes and the vibrant student clubs and pubs. The chic Lisburn Road in South Belfast is ideal for shopping, relaxing and exploring.

Recently refurbished 3 storey house in a quiet street on the Ormeau Road. The house is located approx 10 min walk from the centre of Belfast. It is also located near to Queen's quarter and is thus approx 10 mins walk from Belfast's famous University
Set over 3 floors, the house is spacious, bright, inviting, carefully decorated throughout and clean white linens and towels. You’ll have free access to the dining room, kitchen and covered yard (with chairs) on the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find the modern bathroom and toliet. The single room consist of a single bed with fresh bed linen, reading lamp, free high speed Wi-Fi access, and hair-dryer. All rooms are non-smoking but you are welcome to smoke in the enclosed back yard. Each room will also come with a welcome pack filled with brochures, taxi numbers, internet password, maps and recommendations for bars and restaurants in the area and within Belfast city centre. Breakfast is self-service with cereal, milk, bread, butter, jam, peanut butter, tea, coffee and fruit. The living/dining room has a settee and dining table to enjoy your meals. Gas heating with hot water 24/7, the shower and toilet is shared with the other guests staying. Free parking in the street.
The house is a recently refurbished 3 storey house in a quiet street on the Ormenu Road. Within a 10 min walk you will be in the heart of Belfast City Centre at the famous City Hall building, from there you will be in the shopping area with Castle Court and House of Frazer, also surrounded with bars and restaurants where you can rested your tired feet after all the shopping. 15 mins from the house in the other direction you will be at the beginning of the Lagan towpath which takes the walker along the river and canal system through variety of wetland, riverside meadows and variety of wildlife from Belfast to Lisburn. The house is also a short walk to Queen’s university, The Ulster Museum and the beautiful Botanic Gardens. In the Botanic area you will find some nice bars and restaurants and a few good bookshops for the reader in you.

This neighbourhood is considered in city centre & most attractions are reachable on foot.

Clean sheets and towels will be provided The bathroom has a full-size tub and shower is always hot. Breakfast is self-service with cereal, milk, bread, butter, jam, peanut butter, tea, coffee & fruit. I have a driveway if you need to park your car.
    The house is a modern semi-detached, made of old red "Belfast" bricks.
    The Ormeau Road area is full of bars, restaurants, cafes, and small shops.

  • בית יפה בשכונה מקסימה, הבית היה גדול מספיק כדי להכיל קבוצה של חמישה מבוגרים עם מספיק מקום. הבית של ג'ולי מאוד מזמין. תיבת המנעול הייתה תכונה נהדרת כך שנוכל לצאת לכיוונים נפרדים ולא לדאוג שנצטרך להיפגש בבית. הבית היה מעוצב יפה, נקי, המיטות היו נוחות והמקלחות היו חמות, וזה היה מדהים !!! ג'ולי סיפקה ספר מדריך המלצות שהיה מועיל. נהנינו מאוד בבלפסט!

    Cosy, bright, private bedroom with a single bed, computer desk, wardrobe, kettle and tea in the room on the top floor (2nd) of a three storey terraced house in east Belfast. Shared bathroom with jacuzzi bath and waterfall shower. Breakfast bar and fruit will be provided. Close to George Best airport, Titanic Quarter, SSE Arena, Belfast city centre and Victoria Park. Cafes, restaurants, takeaways and shops are a short walk away. Good public transport close by with links across the Province.
    The room is on the second floor of my east Belfast mid-terrace house. The room is bright and cosy. There is a daybed to relax on and read. Relax in the jacuzzi bath or have a shower with a waterfall-effect shower head. Then wrap up in towels warmed on the heated towel rail. There are bus routes and a railway station nearby and the area is serviced by numerous taxi companies. There is a good choice of cafes, restaurants and takeaways on Belmont Road. There are Co-op and a bakery close by.
    The area is mainly residential, with a few commercial premises nearby. On the whole a quieter road, especially over night. It is a bus route so you may hear a double decker pass by during the day. It is possible you could awake to bird song. I am amazed by the number of different birds in the area. I love there are many parks and open spaces to visit. Victoria Park is the closest park and has a Park Run on Saturday at 09:30 if you pack your trainers (or you can do a Park Walk). Belmont Road caters to many tastes with cafes, restaurants and takeaways along it. There are some charity shops, a couple of art galleries. The Strand Arts Centre is a short walk away.

    LOCATION The apartment is located in the city centre, right in the heart of Belfast’s historic docklands, known locally as Sailortown. Less than a ten minute walk will take you into the vibrant Cathedral Quarter, which hosts an array of charming and popular bars full of character, many restaurants, a range of arts and cultural venues, such as the new MAC theatre, as well as Belfast’s gay bars and clubs. A further five minute walk will take you to Belfast City Hall as well as Victoria Square Shopping Centre, and St George's market. A short stroll from the apartment across the river Lagan will take you to all the Titanic attractions, including the new visitor centre, the SS Nomadic, the Titanic Pump House, as well as the original dry dock where the ship was built. All of Belfast’s main music and concert venues – the Odyssey arena, Waterfront Hall, Ulster Hall and Grand Opera House – are all within a 10-20 minute walk. Conveniently, there is a large Tesco superstore within a 5 minute walk. BEDROOM / BATHROOM The room is comfortable and cozy, containing a standard double bed, a desk (with lots of brochures on local attractions and events), and a built-in wardrobe for your use. You will have the sole use of a private bathroom which is beside the bedroom. Although it’s not en-suite, it will be completely yours, as I have my own bathroom which I always use. Towels are provided, of course, a hairdryer and also a range of toiletries for your convenience. APARTMENT The apartment has stunning panoramic views over the Belfast skyline. This is my home and I live here. You will have use of facilities and amenities, which includes free WiFi, Cable TV, washing machine, fridge, iron etc, and you are welcome to prepare light snacks only or use the microwave in the kitchen, but not to cook meals. BREAKFAST I will always have fresh juice, teas, coffee, cereals, porridge, fruit, bagels or croissants and jams available, which you are very welcome to. Also, there is a coffee shop on the ground floor, which opens from 7.30. (It isn't open weekends). PARKING Unfortunately, there is no on site parking available. However, if staying in Belfast, a car isn't necessary. TOURS Please ask me about Black Taxi political tours of Belfast, or visiting the Giants Causeway (which I definitely recommend) ME I work in the city, about 15 minutes walk from the apartment, and I always try to meet new guests on arrival and answer any questions you have as well as offering some advice on what to do in Belfast. I've lived in Belfast all my life – it’s a wonderful city and you will not be disappointed as there’s so much to do.     Hello and thanks for taking time to have a look round our garden flat. In short, it's an airy, en suite double bedroom and it's detached from, but right beside our family home. There's plenty of room for your clothes, shoes etc inside the flat and there's a good size en suite with electric shower. We're located in leafy South Belfast, beside The King's Hall. We're close to Queen's University and only 3 miles from Belfast City Centre. Bus on doorstep, train station just 5 mins walk away. We're in South Belfast and therefore very near The Royal Victoria Hospital, City Hospital and Musgrave Hospital. A 10 minute stroll will take you to Lisburn Road where there are lots of nice cafés, restaurants and pubs, and some cool boutiques for ardent shoppers.
    We live in a friendly, safe neighbourhood. There is a nice village atmosphere and a gym, library, pubs, cafés, take-away restaurants, Balmoral Golf Club (all within a minute's walk). Outdoorsy guests might be interested in checking out nearby parks and walks, including Shaws Bridge Canal walk, a floodlit driving range (5 mins drive away) and Mary Peters' running track.

    The house is located in a quiet, family friendly neighbourhood just 4 minutes away form the lively Botanic Avenue where you can find lots of restaurants, pubs, supermarkets, etc. The train station of Botanic is also just 4 minutes away.

    A great 2 bedroom apartment in a fantastic city centre location which is perfect for tourists & shopping & sight seeing.     (Please note that, for guests that live within the Belfast Metropolitan area, we require ID for all guests to be sent to us in advance to check proof of age and the identities of those staying. We will also offer a meet and greet service in place of self service check in.) We know that many of our guests are concerned about the current travel situation. The apartment is not part of a block and has no communal areas or shared entrances. We are cleaning all surfaces and door handles with antiviral cleaners. All bedding and towels are being washed and dried at a high temperature. We are also providing disposable washcloths / hand towels. We are leaving a space between bookings to protect both us during cleaning and future guests. This apartment is situated in downtown Belfast and is fully insured for holiday rentals and is Northern Ireland Tourist Board approved. It's only 8 minutes walk to City Hall and 5 minutes walk to Belfast's famous market. It's less than 10 minutes walk to the Waterfront Hall and conference centre and Lanyon Place (Central) Station Warm and comfortable apartment. Two bedrooms. The family room has a double bed and one single bed. The other bedroom has one single bed and is a small, but comfortable, box room. The single room faces a main road and there is some traffic noise at busy times. There is a sofa bed in the lounge, giving you maximum sleeping flexibilty. This apartment is not step free. There is a flight of stairs up to the apartment. The apartment benefits from not being part of a block. You have direct access to your car; so no carrying luggage through corridors and elevators and no disturbance from neighbours. We have self service check-in, so you can arrive without having to meet us. Tea, coffee and hot chocolate on arrival. There's a dedicated parking space, right by the apartment. There's a washing machine and dryer so you can catch up with laundry. The flat has high speed fibre optic broadband. There's a safe for passports etc. There's Internet TV, DVD player and DVDs. There are USB charging ports. The kitchen is fully equipped. Please note that the dining table seats four people only. Essentials such as tea, coffee, milk, towels, hairdryer, iron etc are provided. Basic toiletries are also included. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. HOSTFULLY HOSTS! We take being good hosts seriously, and we are proud "Hostfully Hosts."     I have two double rooms, one double bed in each , cozy,comfy and clean, also very quiet, as theres no traffic on my street in the evenings. If two people want to book both rooms the second on will be between £30/£20, depending on how long you are staying. if theres 3 or 4 of you, automatically you are booking two rooms. The house has a chill out, comfy feel to it, and is quiet in the evenings. The dinning area has a lovely refurbished table to enjoy your meals. The central gas heating works a treat. You are welcome to smoke at the front or back of the house. Room One: The one specific for this listing; -Double bed. -Clothes rail. -Mexican Pine Cabinet. -Mirror. -Reading Lamp. -Hot water bottle. Bedroom 2 ( Listed under Homely & Chilled II ): -Double bed. -Ikea Wardrobe. -Ikea square shelf. -Vintage full body standing Mirror. -Hot water bottle.     The house is in a quiet street, yet the Ormeau Road is full of life, with cafes, restaurants, yoga studio and meditation center just round the corner. Plenty takeaways, and a Tescos Supermarket open from 7am to 11pm,every day. CAFES: Soul Food cafe: Everything is homemade, and locally sourced, great traditional fry (grilled!) lunches and cakes. Bread and Banjo Bakery: Great homemade bread and Cakes, plus tasty coffee. General Merchants: The new kid on the block, trendy and buzzing with atmosphere, good Brunch and coffee. RESTAURANTS: ~~The NAZ: One of the nicest Indian restaurants in town, great value and outstanding flavours! ~~The Gaze, for good quality chinese. ~~ The Shed for fresh tradicional Belfast fare. The Ormeau Road; "It's vibrant and quirky in a very Northern Ireland way. A good mix of people: working class, middle class and bohemian. "It's a really close-knit community." "The best thing is Ormeau Park, which includes a golf course, tennis arena, play areas and space to forget city life." "The regeneration in the city centre is spreading down here and it's becoming like central Belfast. Apartment blocks are springing up. It's bringing in new people, and they're seeing what a beautiful place it really is."
