Guests enter their own front door to find the grandest of staircases winding around an 8ft chandelier made from 300 antique crystal wine glasses, up to the Chapel Townhouse's studio room with a 15ft high ceiling, original stained glass windows, super-king sized bed, roll top bathtub and a second Victorian inspired chandelier made from black Lego bricks.......................
Despite being in the bustling heart of central Brighton, the Chapel Townhouse is so private and secluded, you'll feel a million miles away from the outside world. Hidden along a private mews, just off Church Street in the very centre of the city, you will find the Chapel Townhouse directly opposite Brighton Dome and Corn Exchange and moments from Brighton's famous Pavilion Gardens estate and the Theatre Royal. The Chapel Townhouse is also in the midst of the famous lanes and North Laine areas, packed with the best independent boutiques, restaurants and coffee shops. Brighton pier and seafront is half a mile away and we're walking distance from both Kemptown and Hove. You really couldn't wish for a better location.

Beautiful 11-foot high ceilings in a home that blends spacious rooms with an industrial-chic aesthetic. Lounge on the chesterfield sofa while watching Netflix, play records on the retro record player and enjoy the bijou balcony with sea view.
The space is a very large living room with a chesterfield sofabed. There is a dining table and chairs for 4 people, a well equipped kitchen, 11 foot high ceilings, a Smart TV with cable channels, Netflix and Prime access. The balcony has a sea view and has a small bistro table and chairs for two people to sit outside and take in the sea air. In addition to the living area, there is a double bedroom with a double bed, a desk and also with ample storage in the wardrobe for you to store your items. The bathroom is modern and has both a bath tub and a power shower. The kitchen has everything you need to cook, clean and wash, along with some complimentary tea, coffee and a Nespresso maker with some capsules left for you to use. There is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, clothes dryer and washing machine should you need to use these facilities. (please note, if you are 2 people and using the sofabed and the bedroom, there will be an extra charge of £15 to cover the additional bedding, which I pay to have laundered, please let me know and I can ask my cleaner to set this up for you).
Kemp Town is a lovely neighborhood in Brighton that's only a short stroll from the famous Brighton Pier. Spend the day out on the beach sipping drinks at seaside bars before heading to the city centre for lively evening entertainment.

The studio is fully equipped with all amenities to make you stay as comfortable as possible, such as a fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fan oven and electric hob and a range of kitchen bits and bobs. There is a large breakfast island with two walnut stools and a coffee machine. The bathroom features heated towel rail, touch activated mirror and a large quadrant shower. The comfortable modern double bed sits on a raised illuminated platform. There is plenty of storage in the large wardrobe equipped with a full-length mirror and hangers. Being situated in the heart of Kemptown which has been long associated with LGBT culture, Kemptown centres on lively St. James’s Street, where rainbow flags adorn many of the bars, clubs, and cafes . Side streets flanked by Regency-style houses lead down to the seafront. Classic vinyl, vintage fashion, and antiques draw shoppers to quirky boutiques and Brighton Flea Market.     Duck Lodge offers a cozy environment with a Lounge area with satellite TV (inc Netflix movies), Sonos Alexa system, Breakfast unit, Fridge with Honesty Bar and Tea & Coffee making facilities. The Bedroom area has a Double bed with crisp white egyption cotten linen for a cozy nights sleep with Pillows and a throw made by "The White Company" . Side tables with Lamps and additional blankets & pillows are available if needed under the bed. If 2 people are staying and need to use the Double bed and the Sofa Bed in the Lounge an additional rate of £22 is charged
    Duck Lodge is a boutique wood cabin in a beautiful village location, within the South Downs National Park.     Converted Warehouse Duplex apartment with access to a shared patio 3 mins from the Sea in Central Brighton. There are 3 bedrooms: one double room with king size bed and ensuite shower room, 2 single rooms - each with a single bed and pull out bed underneath. The single rooms each have cable TV. Bathroom with Bath and Shower. Huge open plan sitting room / kitchen, with a sofa big enough for everyone to sit on very comfortably. Fully equipped kitchen, including microwave, blender, juicer, fridge, freezer, washing machine & dishwasher. The sitting room has a big flat screen TV with Cable TV channels, DVD player (choice of DVDs provided including DVDs for kids). A Samsonite pop-up travel cot is available for use. A new cleaning company has recently been employed to ensure the warehouse will be immaculate for your stay. Linen, towels and complimentary toiletries included (and three hairdryers, and 2 pairs of straighteners available for use)! Free WiFi throughout the apartment. PLEASE NOTE - STAY THE WEEKEND FOR £500 (£100 discount!!!) This room leads to the stunning roof terrace with quite simply the best sea views in all of Brighton. Glance to your right and you'll see Brighton's Palace Pier, beyond it the remains of West Pier and in the far distance Worthing and on a clear day the Isle of White. Glance to the left and you'll see Brighton marina, the largest man made marina in Europe. The roof terrace has a table and chairs so given good weather you can sit and relax with a drink or a morning coffee and simply marvel at the ever changing views. You will have unlimited use of the roof top hot tub***which also boasts direct, uninterrupted, sea views. The hot tub has 100 jets, lights and Bluetooth so you can enjoy your favourite music whilst you relax and unwind. Relaxing in the hot tub with the sea and Brighton Palace Pier as the backdrop has to be experienced to be believed. We will explain how to use the hot tub. Swimwear must be worn in the hot tub at all times. If you have long hair we ask that you kindly tie it back. It important to shower BEFORE and after using the tub. We do not provide breakfast. You are spoilt for choice with all the excellent local cafes and restaurants. We will gladly recommend our favourites. As an example, the highly regarded Corner Cafe serves breakfast/brunch/lunch from 8.30am and is a three minute walk away so you can have a lie in and never miss breakfast. Their coffee is lovely and they are always happy to amend their menu to suit you. Needless to say you are not obliged to go to there. It is however my absolute favourite cafe in Brighton. Whilst we cannot guarantee the weather we can say that we were in the hot tub on Christmas Day last year...Don't think of Brighton as only a summer destination. The winter sunsets are outstanding and the starling murmuration over Palace Pier is a wonderful sight to behold. Your rooms are entirely independent of our living space so you will never feel that you are intruding in someone else's space. Our airbnb rooms are only used for guests. You’ll never feel as if you’re in someone else’s home. Think of it as your own. In essence you will have a duplex penthouse with bedroom, ensuite, sitting room, roof terrace**and hot tub. There is no access to a kitchen but there is a fridge to chill drinks and ample tea and coffee facilities including an espresso machine. You’ll also have complimentary mineral water. The penthouse is WiFi enabled. *The hot tub can be used between the hours of 09.00am and 11.00pm **Access to the roof terrace is via the glass roof terrace sitting room. We may therefore need to go through this room for access to the terrace to service the hot tub. If that is the case we will always warn you that we need access. ***If you have a fake tan you cannot use the hot tub. We respectfully ask that you do not book our penthouse in the hope of using the hot tub if you have a fake tan as we will have to refuse you permission to do so and we will not offer a refund. This is simply to ensure the hot tub is available for the next guests. Fake tan discolours the water. We simply want every guest to have an exemplary experience. We will do everything possible to make sure you do. We very much look forward to welcoming you.

    This bright and contemporary double room (including continental breakfast) with digital TV and free WIFI, is located on a quiet street in the popular Kemptown area of Brighton. Just 2 minutes walk to the beach, close to shops, bars and restaurants.
    .....To get you in the seaside mood I offer a quiet beach themed double room, on the ground floor of an Edwardian building very close to Brighton seafront. My aim is to provide all my guests with a clean, comfortable and reasonably priced place to stay in a fantastic location, to use as a base to explore wonderful and exciting Brighton. A continental breakfast of croissants, yoghurt, cereals, orange juice and tea and coffee is included in the price of your room. There are tea and coffee making facilities and a toaster within your room. Please let me know if you are vegan or gluten free as alternatives can always be provided. In the room there is a flat screen digital TV, free fast broadband Wifi connection, a fridge and there is a hairdryer in the bedside cabinet. This room is a good size so it can accommodate up to 2 people comfortably, also there is a wardrobe so there is more than enough storage space. As you can see from the photos there is a dining table where you will be able to sit and enjoy your continental breakfast. Next to the room there is a clean and contemporary bathroom with a shower. All towels and bed linen are provided, should you require them there are laundry facilities and use of an iron and ironing board. The apartment is located on a very quiet, friendly street just 15 minutes bus ride from Brighton station. Take the number 27 bus (approx £2.40) towards Saltdean from Brighton Station, bus stop B. Get off the bus at the Burlington street bus stop on the seafront at the bottom of my street (Burlington street) The beach is only 2 minutes walk away. If you are coming by car please see the 'getting around' section, this will explain how the parking near to my place works. The city centre and the popular Lanes area are only 15 minutes walk. Here you can find the cosmopolitan cafe culture or browse the quirky and colourful independent shops and boutiques that make Brighton famous. This area is also where you can find Brighton's best known landmark, 'The Royal Pavilion', here you can also find many theatres, bars, restaurants and other places of interest to visit. Brighton's world famous Pier is 10 minutes walk along the seafront, here you can enjoy roller coaster rides and all the fun of the fair. If you go in the other direction along the seafront, about 20 minutes walk or 5 a minute bus ride you can find Brighton Marina. This is a great place to visit as here there is a lot to do and see. Why not take a drink in one of the bars and restaurants on the board walk overlooking the harbour and yachts? There is also a Casino, a Cinema and a Ten Pin Bowling and Kiddies Games Complex. Flat has high ceilings, some period features, kitchen, living room and one bedroom. The bathroom has a freestanding bath and separate shower. Situated in the Seven Dials area of Brighton, with great neighbourhood pubs and restaurants at the end of the street.
    Beautiful Victorian one bed flat, located on a sleepy tree-lined residential street, very close to all amenities. Just 10 minutes’ walk to the centre of Brighton and very conveniently located for Brighton’s main rail station. The flat has very high ceilings and large windows letting an abundance of light in. It has a calm and relaxing feel. It is on the first floor of the building and has a kitchen, living room, one main bedroom and a bathroom coming off the bedroom. The bathroom is very spacious with a free-standing bath tub and also a standalone shower. The living room has a wood panelled wall. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking and preparing meals, so it is suitable for those guest that may want a night in. Virgin Media cable TV is available with 150 channels. The flat is in the Seven Dials area of Brighton, there are fantastic neighbourhood restaurants and bars at the end of the street where you can mix with locals. The flat would best suit couples wanting a relaxing break in Brighton or business / solo travellers who would prefer to stay in a home rather than a hotel.
    The flat is in the Seven Dials area of Brighton, or "The Dials" as it is known. It takes its name from the seven roads that branch out from the main roundabout. It is only a few minutes walk to the centre of town, but a little ecosystem of its own with a number of great restaurants, cafes and pubs. Here you'll get a chance to mix with locals kicking back after work or on the weekend.

    Bathe in the wellbeing touches and positive affirmations that have been carefully selected to make this a truly relaxing and uplifting break just for you. I have enhanced the cleaning regime in light of recent events and accept longer bookings. Oblique sea views if you cant venture to the beach.
    The apartment is right next to the sea front and with its seaside decor is a perfect coastal retreat. As a blue health coach who uses the ocean to help people clear their minds and allow their creative mind to come into flow - I can not express enough the wellbeing benefit of being able to watch the ocean. I have designed the apartment to bring a bit of the wellbeing aspects of the beach and the ocean inside.
    It is a quiet cul de sac. So perfect for a break away from it but also in the midst of all the city has to offer.

    Seaview @ 42 is our freshly decorated single guest room. Ideal for solo travel to our wonderful city. We are 10-15 walking distance to the city with great travel links on our doorstep. Seaview has everything you could need. Crisp bed linen. Fluffy white towels. Tea and coffee making facilities. iPad for TV. Reading light. Guide books and maps. Drawer space. Welcome hanging space. There is a large mirror, hair dryer and we also provide essential toiletries and bathrobe.
    Our location is great we are up high above the beautiful Queen’s Park which is only a 5 min walk just north of Hanover. There are some wonderful local pubs a stones throw away with the lovely Hanover Pub and its wood fired pizza oven on the corner of our street. We are a 10-15 walk from the seafront, pier and city centre. We have good public transport links with the 18 and 21 buses stopping right outside our house which take you to the pier, pavilion, Churchill square and train station in under 10 mins. You are free to use the kitchen facilities including the washer and dryer. We have a downstairs W.C and newly fitted bathroom upstairs with over sized bath and rainfall shower. There is a beautiful decked outside area which guests are free to use and is smoking friendly. We do have a friendly pet dog but she is not allowed upstairs and we can provide allergy free bedding on request. On request we can provide a simple breakfast of wholegrain toast, cereals or homemade porridge and fruits with juice and coffee which can be taken in the dining area downstairs or in the privacy of your own room. We are a vegan family but can also cater for meat and dairy guests.
    There are lots of lovely pubs nearby our favourites are the Hanover for pizza and the Geese for its outstanding roasts and sausage and mash menu. We have the beautiful Pepperpot at the top of historical Queen’s Park just around the corner from us. Our favourite coffee and smoothie shop is the Wild Cherry Cafe which is 5 mins walk from the house and the wonderful Starfish and Coffee for one of the best breakfast/brunch in Brighton.

    A delightful one bedroom self contained apartment set in the heart of Brighton. Light and bright and close to all things you will need for your stay. A fabulous patisserie and a co-op are right at the top of the road and the beach is at the bottom of the road with great cafes and views ! With the current situation, we are also happy to offer a more flexible option of weekly or monthly bookings.
    The apartment is located right in the middle of Brighton and Hove. The whole flat is yours to make it your little home for your stay. The lounge is minimalist but has a sofa and coffee table to sit and chill at. The TV is cable and there is also wi-fi if you wanted to watch your own devices for Netflix. The wi-fi is good and strong. The kitchen has a microwave, a hob and an oven. Kettle and toaster are also there. There is tea and coffee in the cupboard for you. There are also enough utensils for cooking, lasagne dish, baking tray, saucepans and frying pan. If you don't fancy cooking you are close to lots of restaurants either in Hove or Brighton. There are also plenty more restaurants down on the Seafront. The bedroom has a comfortable ( often commented on ) double bed with bedside table. A hanging rail for your clothes, a hairdryer and an iron. The shower room is a large fully tiled shower cubicle with an electric shower. The Beach is 500 metres away. Restaurants of all cuisine tastes are very close by. Brighton Station is exactly 1 mile away with regular buses serving the nearest bus stop to the apartment or a taxi will be £5.00. Parking is resident permit only although there is pay and display parking available in nearby roads.
    Located 10 metres off the bustling Western Road there is an array of coffee shops, a favourite being the Real Patisserie at the top of the road, about 1 minute walk away ! Fresh Pastries and great coffee are always essential on your mini break ! Why not wander around the corner to Brunswick Square and enjoy the lawned gardens with the sea just at the bottom of the Square. Or take a stroll along the Seafront to the Pier. As you hit the seafront below the apartment you will see the Meeting House Cafe open from around 7am for that first cup of coffee.

    Our local area is in my opinion, the best area of Brighton! It ticks all the boxes. We are close to some beautiful green open spaces such as Stanmer Park, Hollingbury Park, and Preston Park. The South Downs is on our doorstep, popular with walkers and cyclists. We are moments away from a popular golf course and a lovely array of local shops, including cafes, pubs and gift shops. Being just outside of the centre we enjoy free parking, peaceful surroundings and fantastic views. All this and we are still only a 10 minute drive or 30-40 minute stroll into the city.

A mere couple of minutes walk from the main high street and shopping centre, and less than two minutes walk to the North Laine shops, cafés and Royal Pavilion Gardens. A perfect hideaway for those looking to be amongst the hustle and bustle of Brighton but don't want to catch the bus everyday to find it. Simplicity is the key here!
    On the 2nd floor with no lift, the flat is in the eaves of the building as the pictures portray. The copper and wood themed bedroom is romantic and cosy, with a low double bed and chest of drawers for storage and bespoke clothes rail. Subtle lighting rounds off this room to ensure you have a perfect retreat after exploring the city. PLEASE NOTE: The bathroom is an en suite, therefore if a third guest does stay access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. The living room has a corner sofa(bed), dining table and TV with NowTV box, Netflix and Sega Megadrive. We have provided a surprisingly comfortable airbed as an alternative for those who don't enjoy fold-out sofabeds. The kitchen has the basics for cooking, including toaster, kettle and pots and pans, not to mention electric oven and hob and compact fridge with freezer compartment.
    Situated in the North Laine area of Brighton, you'll have everything that makes Brighton great on your doorstep. The area is famed for it's independent shops, cafés, restaurants and more...     Come and stay in a fabulous newly renovated Regency building near the Palace Pier and sea front. Be right in the heart of Brighton where everything is accessible on foot. This extremely spacious one bedroom apartment is perfect for couples or small families, and is popular with anyone not wanting to struggle with lots of stairs. VAT included for all stays under 28 days.
    This is a beautiful spacious one-bedroom apartment set in a stunning Regency building on the historical Old Steine. It is directly opposite Steine Gardens and fountain. Being in an elevated position from the pavement, you still have nice views but not loads of stairs. Rooms have high ceilings and large windows, a lot of light and air. This apartment is ideal for couples but can accommodate two more guests on a high quality memory foam sofa bed in the lounge (£+). Windows in lounge are double-glazed so it is very quiet for sleeping in or just chilling out in front of the TV. The large bedroom is at the rear of the building. There's a UK king size bed and lots of cupboard/drawer space. It’s an ideal room for parents and baby as a cot can easily be placed at the bedside (we can provide cot and high chair for your little one). We provide hotel-quality bed linen and two towels for each person. In the bathroom you will find cosmetics from the "Simple" range. So no need to bring anything except your clothes if you booked in a hurry! There’s a separate eat-in kitchen with modern appliances and utensils for cooking and baking. If there’s anything particular you need, just ask. I love decorating and sourcing quality, stylish furnishings that are a little bit different. All my apartments are designed with flair and comfort in mind. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
    There is something for everyone in Brighton. Whether you've come to Brighton to experience the nightlife, culture, history or shopping, everything is right on your doorstep. The Palace Pier is less than a minute walk away. Then why not visit the Sealife centre just across the road. You can try the new Brighton Zip – go along the beach front on a zip wire. The Royal Pavilion is a 5 minute walk away and is open to visitors on a daily basis. There might be something interesting on at the Dome Theatre – a concert, play or reading perhaps. The i360 rotating viewing tower is 15 mins walk along the seafront – well worth a visit. You can book online or just turn up on the day. You may like to take the No. 77 bus from the sea front to Devils Dyke where you can experience panoramic views of the Downs. There’s very good pampering here – massages, holistic or beauty treatments are all in close proximity. Everyone has different tastes, so have a look at the Trip Advisor best spa lists to see what others say. There’s a lot of nightlife close by too. From chains like Wetherspoons to individual old-fashioned pubs, micro-breweries, wine bars, gay/lesbian/trans, shisha lounges and ice cream parlours… everyone is catered for.

On road parking is free of charge at all times and guaranteed - and there is a well equipped studio kitchen if you fancy staying in. You have a top quality king size bed, 400tc Egyptian cotton bed linen, luxury shower room, a relaxing seating and dining area plus a small private courtyard with table and chairs. The studio is deep-cleaned and all surfaces disinfected between guest stays.
    Roedean Crescent is a unique area of Brighton consisting of large detached houses and is perfect for anyone wishing to get away from the hustle and bussle of a busy life.     Step into the most boutique studio apartment in the whole of Brighton! A stunning main space features a dining area for four people under a crystal chandelier, huge french windows that make the space light and airy, a cosier comfy area with a sofa that opens out to a double bed and a ladder that leads to the mezzanine sleeping area featuring a double mattress. Off the main space there is a kitchen - tiny but perfectly equipped with hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere. Off the entrance hallway there is hotel-style bathroom with bath, loo, basin and hand-held shower. There are waxed wooden floors throughout. A new cleaning company has recently been employed to ensure the studio will be immaculate for your stay. The sofabed was put in the apartment for those who didn't want to climb the ladder to bed, but the apartment does sleep 4 comfortably. Please note there is NO TV! The studio is one room with a separate kitchen and bathroom, it is ideal for a couple, but suitable as a crash pad for up to four people. XMAS DAY minimum 2 nights stay, no minimum at other times :)
    The apartment is VERY central! Albert Road is quiet residential street situated just a couple of minutes walk from Brighton Station, a few minutes walk from the North Laines/South Lanes, the seafront, and a couple of minutes walk from Seven Dials (featuring some great bars, restaurants and pubs).

  • דירה חמודה ומושלמת ללינה בסוף השבוע. מיטת הביניים הייתה ממש נוחה לישון בה וחברתי אמר אותו דבר על הספה הנשלפת. המטבח היה מצויד היטב בתה וקפה מהורהרים ואנחנו שמחנו לראות שבאמבטיה היה ג'ל רחצה כששכחנו את שלנו! הליכה נחמדה היישר מחזית החוף דרך הרבעים היפים. הדירה נמצאת באזור מקסים, שקט ובטוח. עצמי וחברי מאוד אהבו את מרפסת הגן הקטנה, זו הייתה הפתעה נחמדה! בהחלט היינו נשארים כאן שוב. תודה.

    Welcome to our Brighton boutique studio. Our studio space is light, cosy, and beautifully finished. From the fully-equipped kitchen with granite worktops, the deep sprung mattress with luxurious bed linen, modern en-suite bathroom, comfortable sofa , tiled floor with underfloor heating, to the Velux windows and dining table/work station, we've made every effort to create a relaxed, contemporary environment for your stay in Brighton. There is full wifi, Freeview TV, and complimentary Netflix available. The kitchen, fitted in the summer of 2017, has an oven, twin hob, microwave, fridge and dishwasher as well as the full range of modern kitchen utensils. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet, with tiled underfloor heating, and a heated towel rail. Quality, deep piled towels will be provided. The double bed is deep sprung with Egyptian cotton sheets, bedside lighting and bedside tables. Inside the table drawers you will find chargers, already plugged in, that connect to most smart phones and tablets. There is a foldaway workstation/dining table, with stools, as well as a new two seater sofa, and coffee table. Complimentary tea, fresh coffee, sugar, milk and a range of cereals will be provided.
    The Fiveways area boasts a host of independent shops and cafes all within two minutes walk of the studio, not to mention the lovely Blakers Park across the road. Also Preston Park is just at the bottom of our road, which hosts events throughout the year including the Brighton marathon and Pride. We are very easy to reach by car from both the A23 (London, Gatwick and the north) or A27 (west and east) and it's just a 20 minute walk to the studio from Brighton mainline station or 5 minutes in a taxi. It's also just a 20 minute stroll down into the heart of town but there are plenty of buses too, from a bus stop 100 metres away. Brighton itself needs no introduction, with the Amex stadium, home to Brighton and Hove Albion football club (London road train station is just around the corner from us with a 7 minute journey to the stadiums), the pier(s), the new i360, the Theatre Royal and The Dome, the Lanes and North Laines, the racecourse (a 10 minute drive), the Marina, and of course as many shops/delis/cafes/restaurants/bars/clubs as you could possibly hope for. Brighton also plays host to some fabulous annual events, including the Brighton Festival throughout May, the marathon and Pride. Oh, and we forgot to mention the beach, the South Downs National Park, and all of the beautiful Sussex countryside..........

    There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious; one has an additional Futon sofa bed, the other has an additional Futon chair bed. Entrance The apartment has it’s own private entrance and parking area. Please note there are steps to enter the apartment but once inside it is all on one level. Interior The apartment is all on one level on the ground floor. There is an open plan living/dining room with a comfortable corner sofa, large wall mounted LCD tv. Large patio doors lead out onto a terrace and the garden. The dining table is of contemporary design and seats 6. The kitchen is small and beautifully finished with colour co-ordinated tiles. Everything you need to self cater is there and there is also a microwave. There is a washing machine and dishwasher. The Master bedroom is a very spacious room and also has doors leading out onto the terrace. There is a double bed and a Futon sofa. The second bedroom also has a double bed and a Futon chair bed. The bathroom is a shower room with large shower and wooden seating area. Next to this is the sauna and the spa area with marbled floor and mirrored walls and a sunken hot tub. Doors lead out onto the patio. Enjoy a sauna and hot tub and then relax out on a sun lounger on the terrace, enjoying the trees and greenery while the children play in the garden! Perfect Exterior The garden is large and has an extensive patio area with a dining table for 6 and outdoor sofa. There are sun loungers and the enclosed landscaped garden offers a green and peaceful retreat. There’s a table tennis table too. Please note the tree house and trampoline are not to be used. There is private parking for one car. If you do have more than one car please ask at the time of booking.

Mucky Duck on Manchester Street - again towards bottom of St James's, on your left hand side - has great art, is very dark, usually good DJ Friday and Saturday. Black Dove is your local - it's at the bottom of Devonshire Place, turn left and it's on the corner of St James's and Rock Gardens. It's a Brooklyn beer bar, is very busy, has a funky DJ downstairs and candles that look like they've been there a hundred years. If you like real ale - the Hand in Hand is Brighton's oldest brewery - cross over from Black Dove and continue down St George's Road and it's on your right hand side after about 5 minutes. So if you like pub crawling you could start in the Hand in Hand, then heading towards town: Sidewinder, Black Dove, perhaps nip left for a cocktail at Brighton Rocks, Block, St James's Tavern for a Tuaca, Mucky Duck, Plotting Parlour - and you're still less only a 5 minute walk from home! The train station is just a number 7 bus ride away or a 15 minute walk, and trains to London are regular and take an hour. Ferries to France from Newhaven (8 miles away) are regular and take 4 hours. She does cocktails, very strong Belgian beer, food - it's really close to Kemp Town Loft on George Street which if you're walking down St James's Street is before you get to Morrisons. So my pub crawl to get there would be - go to the bottom of Devonshire Place - take a quick left for a cocktail in Black Dove, another in Brighton Rocks as you head into town, then Block, then St James's Tavern for a Tuaca (it's a-naturally flavoured brandy liqueur first imported into the UK in Brighton) then Bom-Bane's. On a Sunday at 4pm you have for rise to the national anthem. If you do venture up there it's a 10 minute walk from See Saw Sea heading east - there are various pubs on your way - I would recommend Brighton Rocks, Black Dove, Sidewinder, Metro Deco for vintage and quirky - they do cocktails and the most excellent cake and tea so definitely recommend for during the day aswell, Hand in Hand (old brewery, tiny pub, ties hanging off the ceiling), Thomas Kemp. The i360 is worth a "flight" - sunset is lovely.

This is a prestigious and well equipped luxury raised lower ground floor apartment right on Brighton seafront with free parking and a luggage storage option for before check in or after check out. We want you to enjoy the very best that Brighton has to offer you in both style and comfort! We hope that staying in our apartment will help you to fulfil that to the utmost. Check out is by 10am, however if agreed to and paid for at least 2 days in advance this can be extended to 11.30am for an extra £10. We also own a 2 bed apartment with private parking space on the 2nd floor with direct sea views next door to this. It can sleep up to 6 guests. If you are a large group take a look at its availability. Access to the apartment is via the parking forecourt at the front of the building, through the iron gate and down the steps to the private front door entrance. There is an outside cupboard just before the entrance housing the combination padlocked luggage storage locker. Please be aware that this is a communal space for the building and there is no light so can be very dark. On entering the apartment to the right of the entrance lobby is access to the utility room/cellar. In here you will find coat hooks, the washing machine, tumble dryer an office desk and chair and plenty of storage space. On the right are the steps up in to the oak floored open plan lounge/kitchen area. The room size is roughly 21.5' long by 16'11" max. wide . The kitchen area has been fitted with high end fully integrated appliances and finished off with a sublime american black walnut worktop and is equipped with everything that anyone would require including a wine chiller and Nespresso coffee machine with complimentary capsules! Various kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans etc are all provided in the drawers and cupboards. Tea, coffee & sugar are provided as are some basics like washing up liquid & some cleaning materials. The hot water boiler is located in the cupboard at the end of the kitchen breakfast bar and has the telephone and contract number so that any guest can call direct to British gas incase of a breakdown/emergency. This cupboard also houses the ironing board and iron. The lounge area centres around a lovely old open fireplace. The chimney however has been capped so this is for show only. There is a 50" UHD 4K tv with freeview, a 4K Blu-ray player and a hard drive connected with a 2TB selection of music/movies/tv shows for you to choose from. There is a double sofa bed for an extra 1 or 2 guests too and a beautiful solid oak extending dining table with 4 matching chairs in the bay window. Just to put a little perspective on it, although this is a lower ground floor apartment, the lounge/kitchen area is surprisingly bright and when there are no cars parked on the forecourt if you stand in the lounge area you can clearly see the sea and the Brighton pier from the lovely bay window. In the hallway from the lounge there is a cupboard straight ahead with shelving housing fresh towels. Underneath is a Dyson hoover and laundry bin. On the left of the hallway is a hotel style luxuriously fitted shower room tiled with real honed slate flooring and prestige travertine wall tiles. The shower enclosure has a luxury dual waterfall/rainfall showerhead above with hand held attachment to the side. For those that need a little extra light, the mirror has its own bright LED strip light either side. Luxury towels & flannels are provided along with quality soap, shampoo and shower gel. On the right of the hall is a large double bedroom measuring 13'9" x 13'7" max, fitted with a top quality carpet for comfort and dimmable lighting. The king size bed has a luxurious orthopaedic pillow topped mattress for both ultimate comfort and support and 4 pillows, 2 of which also offer orthopaedic support and is finished off with luxury high thread count Egyptian cotton sheets and high quality, luxury bedding. An iPod docking station and DAB digital alarm clock are in this room along with a selection of books to read. If you really like any of the books please feel free to take it home with you! For those that like to do a little exorcise, 3x 3kg weights are provided. A hairdryer, hair straighteners and travel adaptor plug can be found in the dressing table drawer. The apartment features exclusive stunning limited edition artwork throughout by young up and coming local artist Richard Berner. His ‘Beasts of Brighton’ work/collection is particularly interesting as it is of local famous Brighton landmarks/subjects. His intricate and alternative style is unique to his vision and as far as we can tell there is nothing else in this style around. If you like his work as much as we do then why not take one of his cards, contact him and take a totally unique souvenir of Brighton back home with you!
    Marine Parade is on the coast road that runs along to the Brighton Marina and beyond. This apartment is situated within the vibrant Kemp Town area, a 15 second walk to the famous Legends Bar and less than a 1 minute walk to St. James Street with all of its shops restaurants and bars. Brighton pier and the Sealife centre are all just a couple of minutes walk away with the beach being just over the road. If you will be attending anything at the Brighton Centre, this is around a 10-15 minute walk straight along the coast road, or why not take the bike! In fact all of Brightons major attractions are within a short walk of this wonderfully located apartment including the Royal Pavillion, the Laines and Churchill Square shopping centre. If you would like to take a bus for a day trip out all of the major bus routes are just a short walk away and Brighton train station is around a 25 minute walk.

    A bright, spacious and airy room is in a lively family house. The double bed is comfortable, there is a desk and a day bed in the bay. This room is on the first floor of a spacious double fronted family house in Brighton. It is on the right hand side at the front of the house and has views across the city. You will have use of a modern, well fitted bathroom on the first floor that has a bath and a shower. Our family won't use this bathroom but you may have to share it with other guests . We are a friendly couple who enjoy visitors. We will be able to help you during your stay by providing local information.
    This is a residential area but over the road is a small food shop which is open from 8am to 8pm everyday. Down the road there is a pharmacy, florist, pizza take away, off license, fish and chip shop, family run cafe and delicatessen. Just up the road at Fiveways there is another fish & chip shop, a post office, sweet shop, a well stocked fruit and veg shop and a few restaurants. There are several good pubs within easy walking distance and cafes both up and down the hill. Brighton is famous for The Pier - fun rides and excitement day and night, The Pavilion and its amazing architecture and well known across the world for its artistic and free thinking community, buzzing night life, great restaurants, magical winding Lanes and quirky North Laine shops.You will never be bored in Brighton, there is always something to do here, but when you come back to the house you will relish its tranquility!

We are however more than happy to move any booking to new dates later in the year when hopefully everything has calmed down. This is a fully refurbished throughout prestigious and well equipped Luxury 2nd floor apartment right on Brighton seafront and we want you to enjoy the very best that Brighton has to offer you in both style and comfort! This is strictly a no smoking apartment. We hope that staying in our apartment will help you to fulfil that to the utmost. Check in time is from 4pm, but you will be messaged if it is available beforehand. Parking will be available to you from whichever time you check in. The space is privately owned and so no permit is required. Check out is by 11am, however if agreed to and paid for in advance this can be extended to Midday for an extra £10. Next door property: We also own a Luxury 1 bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 at the next door property(39B) which has permit parking for 1 car. If you are a group larger than 6 and up to 10, it is possible to book both together providing it is also available. You should be able to find this in our other listings from our page. Parking: The apartment comes with its own private parking space on the forecourt at the front. It is the left side space. Space must be left for another car to be able to park in the right bay which belongs to another apartment. No permit is required to park. The space must be vacated at check out to make room for me to park my car whilst i service the apartment for new guests arriving. Entrance: Access to the apartment is through the main communal entrance at the front of the building and up the stairs to the 2nd floor. The key to the main communal door is located in a Masterlock key safe padlocked to the black railings to the right of the door. The code to access this will be sent shortly before arrival. Please close this and scramble the code after taking the key. The door to the apartment has an electronic keypad entry code system that is randomly generated specifically for each guests stay. Please be aware that this code will begin with '*' followed by 6 digits, for example *123456. The code MUST be entered in one continuous effort. Any pauses whilst entering the code will result in the code pad flashing red and not accepting the code. If this happens you will need to wait a few moments before entering again. The code for this will be generated and sent together with the key access code. Lounge: Size 14' 9" in to bay x 14' 1" This is open plan with the kitchen(kitchen measurements separate). The room is laid with varnished solid oak flooring. There is a 4/5 seater sofa with chaise end. The back of the sofa can be dropped to make it a small double sofa bed(please not that this is only suitable for occasional sleeping) Please use the provided thick sheet when using this as a bed to protect the sofa. A 55" Samsung UHD smart Tv with Freeview hangs on the wall opposite the sofa. A solid oak coffee table sits nicely in front of the sofa. A solid oak extending dining table sits in the double glazed bay window space with a professional telescope on top for those that would like to star gaze, look out to the sea etc(not for use by young kids!). The bay window has beautiful white shutters and overlooks the beach and sea to the South, East and West. To the East you can see the Marina and clifftops and on the right you can see Brighton Pier, West Pier, sealife centre, Volks railway and Zip line just outside. There is a double socket with 2 USB charging points next to the sofa for charging/power for your electrical items. The main lounge lights and pendant light are dimmable and remote controlled. The remotes are kept in the coffee table drawer. Kitchen: Size 11' 3" x 5' 3" The kitchen area has luxury silver/grey real stone floor tiles and has remote controlled colour changing LED lighting under the wall cupboards. The main kitchen lights are also remote controlled and dimmable. The remote controls are kept in the coffee table drawer. The kitchen has been fitted with the highest quality fully integrated appliances by brands such as Neff, Siemens & Elica etc. and finished off with a sublime Tiger walnut worktop for a truly luxurious feel and is equipped with everything that anyone would require including a Kettle, 4 slice toaster and Nespresso coffee machine with a few complimentary capsules to get your holiday started! The appliance user manuals are kept on the shelf above the fridge. Various kitchen utensils, cutlery, glasses, cups, pots, pans etc are all provided in the drawers and cupboards. For laundry there is an integrated washer/dryer and the Siemens Oven is also a microwave that can be controlled via WIFI. All instructions on how to use the appliances will be found in the kitchen cupboard above the fridge freezer. The bin is located in the cupboard next to the washer/dryer. Tea, coffee, sugar and a few coffee capsules for the machine are provided as are some basics like washing up liquid, some cleaning materials and capsules for the washing machine and dishwasher. The newly fitted and insured Vaillant combi boiler is located in the cupboard at the end of the kitchen. A small fire extinguisher is also next to it. Master bedroom: (15' 1" x 9' 4" max to 7' 1" min)& Ensuite toilet: 5' 1" x 3' 6" This room has been fitted with a luxurious silver carpet and has been furnished with exquisite matching white French style furniture and solid King size bed. The bed has an award winning Sealy Nostromo Posturepedic mattress with a large silky soft velvet headboard and topped off with quality bed linen, so a great nights sleep should be guaranteed! The bedside table has 3 small drawers with a lamp and DAB clock radio on top. The large wardrobe with its mirrored doors has hanging space, a shelf and 2 large drawers under for storage. The dressing table has a large folding mirror, 2 drawers and matching crushed velvet upholstered chair. Under the dressing table is a double socket with 2 USB sockets for charging/power for your electrical items. The lighting is remote controlled and dimmable to suit your mood. The remote is kept in the bedside table drawer along with a travel plug. The view through the white window shutters is over New Stein Gardens and towards the sea and Marina.(The balcony outside the window does not belong to this apartment and cannot be used). A hair dryer is provided in the room. The Ensuite toilet has fully tiled walls in luxury travertine and a black and silver grey Slate floor. Again the sash window looks over New Stein Gardens and to the sea and Marina. The mirror has LED lighting that can be turned on/off by waving your hand underneath the bottom left corner. Second Bedroom: Size 11' 8" x 6' 7" This room has been fitted with a luxurious light brown carpet and has been furnished with top quality painted solid oak furniture. The bed is a double size with headboard and sits snuggly between the side and end walls under the window, so please take this in to consideration if you are tall as there is no space to hang your feet out of the end of the bed. The bed has a highly rated Casper memory foam mattress. At the foot of the bed is a 40" Samsung UHD Smart Tv with Freeview TV. To the side of the bed is a double glazed window with its wonderful white shutters and large window ledge that looks out directly to the beach, Brighton pier and sea. The double wardrobe has hanging space with a drawer under. The dressing table has 2 small drawers, freestanding mirror, lamp and DAB clock radio on top and matching leather upholstered solid oak chair. Under the dressing table is a double socket with 2 USB sockets for charging/power for your electrical items. A large mirror hangs on the wall above the radiator cover. A hair dryer is provided in the room. The lighting is remote controlled and dimmable. The remote is kept in the dressing table drawer. Main Bathroom: Size 5' 9" x 5' 6" The bathroom has been fully tiled with Luxury largeTravertine wall tiles and silver/grey slate flooring. This room features a double length shower enclosure with a Luxurious Rain or Waterfall shower option from the shower head above. There is also a hand held shower hose. The mirror is LED lit. Top quality soap, shower gel and shampoo/conditioner are provided, as are Quality towels. Some cleaning materials and a first aid kit are kept under the sink. Hall: The hallway has solid oak floors and is where the entry phone, internet router and Hive heating thermostat are located just by the lounge door. To the left of the entrance door is a large cupboard that houses a spare oak dining chair, hoover, ironing board, iron, weight scales, Yoga mat, broom, dustpan & brush, spare towels and the bedding for the sofa bed etc. as well as the water stop cock(bottom far right corner) and consumer unit(main electric switches, inside left wall). The apartment features exclusive stunning Commissioned, Original & limited edition artwork throughout by up and coming local artist Richard Berner. His ‘Beasts of Brighton’ work/collection is particularly interesting as it is of local famous Brighton landmarks/subjects. His intricate and alternative style is unique to his vision and as far as we can tell there is nothing else in this style around. If you like his work as much as we do then why not take one of his cards, contact him and take a totally unique souvenir of Brighton back home with you!
    Marine Parade is on the coast road that runs along to the Brighton Marina and beyond. This apartment is situated within the vibrant Kemp Town area, a 15 second walk to the famous Legends Bar and less than a 1 minute walk to St. James Street with all of its shops restaurants and bars. Brighton pier, Zip line and the Sealife centre are all just a couple of minutes walk away with the beach being just over the road. If you will be attending anything at the Brighton Centre, this is around a 10-15 minute walk straight along the coast road, or why not take the bike! In fact all of Brightons major attractions are within a short walk of this wonderfully located apartment including the Royal Pavillion, the Laines and Churchill Square shopping centre. If you would like to take a bus for a day trip out all of the major bus routes are just a short walk away and Brighton train station is around a 25 minute walk.

    A gloriously unique and quirky bijou bolt hole, right over the sea! Relax in summer to the sound of the gentle clinking of the yacht masts or watch the waves break over the harbour wall during autumn and winter-The Harbour Hut has year round appeal. With direct access to the beach and the iconic Seven Sisters, a host of restaurants and amenities at the Marina and easy walking distance to Brighton Pier. Double deck chair for sunsets, fluffy robes, Christy Towels and an honesty Gin Bar included!
    PLEASE READ THIS ENTIRE SECTION CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING: Firstly, if The Harbour Hut is booked for the dates you require, please see our listing for The Sea Shack, which is our brand new sister property a few doors down in the same location and is another floating tiny house :) The Harbour Hut and The Sea Shack are not located smack bang in central Brighton, they are at Brighton Marina, which is just outside the main city centre, but easy walking distance (around 30 minutes, depending on how fast you walk!) with good transport links. Please make sure you understand this before booking. The whole, beautifully unique space is yours! The Harbour Hut has a mezzanine bedroom with a beautiful copper framed bed and luxury EVEsleep mattress (due to the quirky nature of the building the ceiling upstairs slopes dramatically on one side and the stairs are quite steep and narrow with open treads and no handrail, so take care after a G&T or two!). There's a John Lewis sofa bed that comfortably sleeps 1 extra person; an open plan living room, kitchenette with Dualit mini oven and induction hob (although with so many scrummy places to eat right on your doorstep, you really don’t need to cook!) dining space with bar stools, modern shower room and a glorious, private outdoor sun deck where you can watch the boats go by and soak up the atmosphere of this beautiful spot. There is a Sony HD Smart TV, hairdryer and a glorious vintage antique radio as well as piles of extra blankets for snuggling up inside or out! In the depths of winter it’s wonderful watching the waves crash over the harbour wall while you are safely cocooned in a cosy jumper and pair of fluffy socks, hot chocolate (or G&T!) in hand and a game of Scrabble or Monopoly on the go! And of course in the summer there really is no nicer place to be on than in our double deck chair, watching the sunset with....a G&T (did we mention that we have a Gin Bar, stocked full of Craft Gins and famous names and different Fevertree Tonics, as well as books and magazines about Gin-we love gin at The Harbour Hut!). Farrow & Ball Down Pipe paint is combined with copper accents and luxury driftwood wallpaper, so you'll feel like you're staying somewhere bang on-trend like The Malmaison, but with much more space and quirky personality (this is a FLOATING home, over the water!). There is a Bluetooth speaker and a picnic blanket for heading to the beach or one of the many stunning parks (The Seven Sisters and Ditchling Beacon are literally minutes away!) if the weather is compliant! There is a laundrette beneath The Harbour Hut and free parking at the multi-storey Marina car park (a few minutes walk from The Harbour Hut-PARKING IS NOT DIRECTLY OUTSIDE it is a good few minutes walk away). IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE that due to the property being directly over the water, it is unsuitable for young children. Although not an outright boat, it is a floating home and can therefore move a little at high tide or if it is very stormy. The stairs are also quite narrow and steep up to the mezzanine bedroom, with open treads, no handrail or 'side' so please do contact us if this raises any concerns, as we have other properties that may be more suitable (The Annex in Cuckfield and Marina Luxe, Brighton Marina). You’ll need to watch your head if you are very tall and the bathroom has a compact, corner cubicle shower. It’s the nature of the buildings and part of the unique charm, but please do bear this information in mind when booking. Parking is also not directly outside, it is around a 5 minute walk from the property. There is NO WIFI at the property but ample free WiFi at the Marina itself. We like to encourage a ‘digital detox’ at this particular property. We usually use the Air BNB service ‘Key Nest’ for Key collection, please check with us if you have any questions about this, it’s very safe and convenient but the Key Nest is located a few minutes from The Marina, in Kemptown. PLEASE make sure that you have read and understood ALL of this information. It’s a unique, wonderful space but we cannot take responsibility for any issues that may occur as a result of the listing not being thoroughly read.
    Brighton Marina is the perfect safe, secure and amenity rich location for your vacation, with unlimited free parking, 24 hour security, CCTV and easy transport links to the centre of Brighton and Hove (you can walk to Brighton Pier in around 30 minutes). The Marina itself has direct beach access and glorious views of the iconic Seven Sisters. There are a host of great eating options including Cafe Rouge, Zizzi, Prezzo, Five Guys (the BEST burgers!), TGI Fridays, Las Iguanas, etc etc. There is a large Wetherspoons, a great cocktail bar at The Malmaison, independent coffee shops and boutiques and a 24 hour ASDA for grocery shopping (or stocking up on treats!). For breakfast and lunch, we really like The Cherry Tree in the Marina Square (behind The Harvester). There is also a cinema, casino and bowling alley, so literally everything you need is all in one location. Fashionable Kemptown, with its gorgeous shops and restaurants is only a 10 minute walk and the iconic Brighton Pier is only a 30 minute stroll along the seafront, with plenty of interesting buildings and cafes and things to do along the way (crazy golf, open air cinema, zip wire). In summer you can catch the adorable VOLKS electric train. Brighton and Hove have some of the best independent shopping and eating in the U.K.

    This is a comfortable two-bedroom apartment with a “cottagey” feel, on the second floor of a stunning Regency building. It is directly opposite Steine Gardens and fountain. You can see the Palace Pier to the left and Pavilion to the right. There’s now the new i360 in the middle, further in the distance. Ideal for sharers or families. The lounge/kitchen is open-plan and welcoming with wonderful views. The kitchen area has modern appliances and an abundance of utensils for cooking and baking. If there’s anything particular you need, just ask. There's one twin bedroom with two single beds and one double bedroom with UK king size bed. Both bedrooms have recently been double-glazed and new black-out blinds added, so it’s very peaceful to sleep. For up to two extra guests, you’ll find a luxury double sofa bed in the living room (£extra). The bathroom is newly fitted with a rustic feel and uses a lot of reclaimed materials. The custom pipework acts as a towel warmer – a real talking point. There’s a sleek steel bath with luxurious rain shower over. We provide hotel-quality bed linen and towels for each person. In the bathroom you will find toiletries from the "Simple" range. So no need to bring anything except your clothes if you booked in a hurry! I love decorating and sourcing quality, stylish furnishings that are a little bit different. All my apartments are designed with flair and comfort in mind. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
    There is something for everyone in Brighton. Whether you've come to Brighton to experience the nightlife, culture, history or shopping, everything is right on your doorstep. The Palace Pier is less than a minute walk away. Then why not visit the Sealife centre just across the road. You can try the new Brighton Zip – go along the beach front on a zip wire. The Royal Pavilion is a 5 minute walk away and is open to visitors on a daily basis. There might be something interesting on at the Dome Theatre – a concert, play or reading perhaps. The i360 rotating viewing tower is 15 mins walk along the seafront – well worth a visit. You can book online or just turn up on the day. You may like to take the No. 77 bus from the sea front to Devils Dyke where you can experience panoramic views of the Downs. There’s very good pampering here – massages, holistic or beauty treatments are all in close proximity. Everyone has different tastes, so have a look at the Trip Advisor best spa lists to see what others say. There’s a lot of nightlife close by too.
