Capitol Hill is Denver's most densely populated neighborhood. Urban , diverse and interesting . Great coffee shop right next door , Las Margs for margaritas, Irish Snug for some whisky and of course Kinga's Lounge for infused vodkas and pierogi !

Our Penthouse is clean and specious . Very Sunny , lots of windows, open floor plan is the perfect space for friends and family trip . Great location will allow you to explore Denver. The heart of Capitol Hill neighborhood is close to a lots of bars and restaurants. Plenty of parks to go to , 5 min from downtown, 30 minutes from airport and one hour to the mountains . Zoo, Botanical Garden, Coors Field, Pepsi center, Aquarium ; all within 5-10 min taking Uber or Lyft .
The neighborhood is quite busy , but it also gets quiet during the week days. Please be nice and respectful towards the neighbors . The neighborhood has a lot to offer by way of restaurants, delis, shops, bars , outdoor activities or neighborhood events . The place is on the third floor and it is on a Main Street . We would appreciate high noise tolerance guests .

    Downtown loft located within walking distance to historical landmarks, restaurants, shopping and concert venues. This unique loft is everything you need for a cozy stay in or a night out in the town. We are currently leasing for 3 months at a time. A Leasing Agreement will need to be signed before beginning your stay.
    This loft is fully equipped has a kitchen equipped with a toaster, blender, oven, cutting board, knives, plates, bowls, glasses, mugs and utensils. Other things to note This loft is near an active urban road. There is a considerable amount of street noise from cars and neighboring shops and businesses, including the businesses on the first floor of the building. We have done our best to soundproof the room, however, this building is over 100 years old and we do not recommend the space for light sleepers.
    The neighborhood is so vibrant. There is so much to do. From museums to concerts you will be flooded with activities all within walking distance.

    Welcome to the Railroad Overall Laundry building! Built in 1890 and recently remodeled, this will be a stay FULL of character. Located in the Rino Art district area 5 minutes away from downtown Denver. Many restaurants, breweries and music venues nearby. The building is a one of a kind beauty! Brick walls, wood ceilings, with skylights throughout. You have your own private unit(NOT shared), with an outdoor courtyard and fire pit. Come enjoy one of Denver's oldest neighborhoods.
    Located in one of the oldest neighborhoods in Denver, we are only a few blocks from the RTD Lightrail drop off. If you prefer to drive we do have street parking available. Also, children over 5 are welcome. The space isn't toddler friendly. :)
    The Lightrail to the Airport is about a 10 min walk, located at 38th and Blake street. The newly built Mission Ballroom is about a 12-15 min walk located off Brighton Blvd at 4242 Wynkoop Street. Lots of restaurants and entertainment in walking distance. Or take a quick Uber to downtown or South Broadway.

    This is a private studio apt. with large deck on the 2nd floor of an 1891 Victorian home and overlooking West Highland. All new. A 6 block walk to Highlands Square with its shops & restaurants and 11 blocks to the Tennyson Street collection - and Lower Highlands (LoHi) is not much further. About 1 1/2 miles from Union Station, Larimer Square, 16th St. Mall, Coors Field, Bronco Stadium, Elitch Gardens, Pepsi Center. Has one sofa bed which opens to a Queen. Cannibas allowed on the deck.
    This new apartment is cool and quiet. No smoking in the apartment but smoke what you like on the deck. This is a wonderful neighborhood and as convenient to lower downtown (LoDo) as you can get.
    West Highlland is a wonderful walking area close to other interesting neighborhoods as well. As trendy a neighborhood as we have, if you go around the corner to 38th Ave the convenience of McDonalds, 7/11, Panera and several other neighborhood good breakfast lunch restaurants are nearby.

    You won't find any 1 BR condos this spacious in Downtown Denver. 15' ceilings and huge windows will have you feeling comfortable and stylish your whole stay. Grocery, restaurant, Convention Center, bars, shopping, dispensaries, starbucks, and more all less than a 5 minute walk from the front door. Literally best location ever (check the reviews). I am constantly upgrading this place making it better all the time. Just installed brand new big screen TV's and some new art for example.
    Lofted bedroom sits above the kitchen which opens up to the spacious living room, which has almost floor to ceiling windows that have skyscraper views. The lofted bedroom has a full bathroom, and curtains to add privacy from the living room overlook.
    This loft is at one of the best locations in Downtown Denver. There are restaurants, shops, movie theaters, arcades, dispensaries all within 2 blocks of the loft. Only 2 blocks from the Colorado Convention Center, and walking distance to Coors Field (Rockies Baseball) and the Pepsi Center (Avalanche Hockey, Nuggets Basketball, and many other concerts and events.

Just 3 miles to downtown but no need to leave the street if you don't want to. You’ve got restaurants, grocery stores, bars, coffee shops, pot dispensaries and shopping within 6 blocks. Ideal for entertaining or relaxing, with a covered patio, great sound system, movie projector, drum kit, pole dance stage.
    This space is great for entertaining for a small get together or just for you and your friends, with a sound system, concert quality subwoofer, mixer board, drum set, movie projector and screen, sexy lighting and even a small stage (with a drum kit and a brass pole for work outs or whatever you want!). Just no full on parties allowed. And please respect the one neighbor next door and quiet down after 10pm. Feel free to enjoy marijuana inside the home. Just no tobacco or tobacco/marijuana blend smoking inside. Relax and stretch out in the roomy open house, use the yoga mat and dumbells, cook in the outfitted kitchen or outdoor grill and enjoy one of the best walking neighborhoods in Denver.
    There is hardly any reason to leave the neighborhood if you don't want to. This house is right on charming Tennyson Street - almost a mile long thriving cultural district with a wide variety of bars, coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, live music venues, shops, parks and less than a block away from a Natural Foods grocery store. There are four restaurants on this stretch listed on Westword's "100 Restaurants We Can't Live Without" issue.

    This unit has a lot to offer. One of the best locations downtown for active people. Just blocks from everything including Union Station, Commons Park on the Platte River & the 16th St Bridge just to mention a few. This bright condo has an open floor plan w/ a loft flair, the 875sq. ft. modern kitchen w/ stainless steel, granite counters & modern cabinets including a disposal & dishwasher. There is secured parking too!
    This loft is located at the union station light rail. You can step out the door and take the train to the Pepsi center or sports authority field. You can also take the light rail to and from the airport to Union station starting April 2016. You will also have the 16th street shuttle available right outside your door. This free shuttle will give you access to all of downtown. There is also a parking spot available if needed. But you truly do not need a car if you stay here. Within a 1/2 mile radius, you have Coors Field, Elitch Gardens, Pepsi Center, Museum of Contemporary Art. Within a mile, you have Sports Authority Field and the Colorado Convention center. ​
    The loft is right next to the millennium bridge, the Platte river and Union station.

    This is a bedroom and bath in my Garden Factory Lofts home. The bed and private bath occupy the entire 1st floor of the industrial yet luxurious 4 level loft. The room features an artistic poured concrete floor with in floor heat. Garden Factory Lofts are 5 minutes by Lyft (or 20 minute walk) to Convention Center, Coors Field.     The artisan poured concrete floor in this room is a fabulous work of modern construction art. The radiant heating coils embedded in the floor are a nice touch in the colder months. When walking in bare feet, the floor is warm beneath you. Garden Factory Lofts is a 5 unit building built in 2007. This is the end unit in the back of the building near the alley. For being right downtown, the construction and orientation of the building yield a quiet and comfortable space. The bedroom and private bath takes the entire first level so you have this level to yourself. There is an open stairway on one side of the bedroom that the owner uses to access the upper floors. There is a room divider between their stairway/hall and the room but there is not a hard wall/door to the first level bedroom. The owner has a noise cancelling device on the upper level but understand that sound carries with the open floor plan of the loft. The space includes a mini fridge and Berkey water filter for clean drinking water.
    5 Points is Denver's oldest neighborhood which was settled back when Denver was founded. It is emerging as the latest of Denver's urban renewal with hundreds of new apartments and condos along side historic Victorian homes, many of which are under or have recently been renovated. The neighborhood is one of Denver's newest places to be. With that, there remains a homeless population who obtain day services such as laundry, showers and charging their cell phones at the St Francis center across the street. When walking downtown, the best direction is to go directly down Curtis or Champa Streets. When walking to Coors Field or the LoDo area, go down Curtis to 21st then over to Cours Field. When walking to the RiNo Arts Distric, go up Curtis to 25th then over to Larimer Street. These routes will avoid the homeless population centered around the Denver Rescue Mission at 22nd and Lawrence. There are routinely homeless people on the street 24 hours a day. If you are uncomfortable with this, do not book this listing. I recommend using Lyft or Uber for coming and going after dark unless you are from a large city and familiar with and comfortable with people living on the streets.

    Great loft style space in the old Cut Rate Liquor store, built in 1874 but completely renovated. Just outside the Central Business district and accessible to more than you'd believe, in a very urban setting. The location is unreal. Busy, amazing old school Denver. Two outside spaces, a roof deck with chairs and a propane firepit and a small front patio with umbrellas and a table/chairs. The building is ugly outsude/super non descript, you'd never believe what's inside.
    This is a triplex with long term neighbors. This is my personal home, but I travel a lot and basically live out of a backpack, so my stuff will be put away and it'll be professionally cleaned before you arrive. No parties or weird stuff are allowed, sorry. There are two other attached units with amazing people renting them. If you aren't reasonably quiet, and a decent human, I'm going to enjoy my time with you very much. Good reviews are something I'll strive for, but the happiness of the long term neighbors (my tenants) has to be more important.     Very Urban. This is real Denver, if you want an authentic experience, here ya go. It's amazing, very walkable to a hundred restaurants and bars. Light rail is a block away, cheap RTD/ Uber to everything in the city. Denver Center for the Performing Arts is easily accessible from transit, as are a dozen concert and show venues like the Odgen, the Bluebird and the Fillmore. The train from Union Station drops you a block away.

    History comes alive in this beautiful building on Wyandot St. Approximately 800 square feet of beautiful dark hard wood floors and industrial style furnishings. Queen size bed features a brand new luxury mattress and all Restoration Hardware brand bedding. The layout is ideal for a studio - from the bed you can't see the kitchen and vice versa. Ample space for a couple. Private outdoor balcony nestled in the trees. Brand new gourmet kitchen. Large bathroom with tub. High end Restoration Hardware furnishings throughout. All amenities are provided for you. (WiFi, Cable, W/D, Utilities, Water, Sewer, central air and heat). Don't bring a thing. The kitchen is fully equipped and washer dryer is in unit. Street parking is usually not an issue and does not require a permit. As in any urban area, do not leave valuables in your car and make sure to lock your parked car. During certain seasons, take note of street sweeping on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. From this condo you are approximately 5 minutes by car from downtown, and easily walking distance on a nice day (10-15 minute walk to free downtown shuttle). Our block is a beautiful tree lined street that is quiet and upscale. Lots of restaurants and shops are walking distance! Bus stop within 2 blocks. Lyft and Uber are a great way to get around. Denver B Cycle is also very close and very convenient during non winter months. Parking is also relatively easy on our street. No permits, meters, etc. I am happy to interact as much or as little as you'd like! Concierge service available! For a small fee, 24 hours notice, and a detailed grocery list, we're happy to stock the loft with your favorite necessities prior to your arrival or during your stay.
    The apartment is a five-minute drive to downtown, and is easily walking distance on a nice day. It's on a beautiful tree-lined street that is quiet and upscale. Lots of restaurants and shops are within walking distance.
