(2) when the engine is off at anytime while OUTSIDE of the yellow corner marks. If you have a question, please ask to prevent towing. 4) If your vehicle is over-sized or you do not have the ability to parallel park on an incline, please park on the street. 5) Guaranteed free onsite parking is only available at 3pm sharp on the day of your reservation with no in/out privileges. Pets must be leashed while outside and cannot be left unattended inside the room, except in a secure kennel while remaining quiet. ALLERGIES: Since pets are allowed, the space is obviously not hypoallergenic. Please DO NOT book this room if you have allergies of any sort. We cannot issue a refund for allergies as we use quality common soaps, scents and cleaners found in retail stores and Whole Foods. We are Cigarette, Weed and Vape friendly. WASHER & DRYER: Washer & Dryer service is available 11am-3pm in our locked facility laundry room for a fee of $25/load. Advanced notice & coordinating with housekeeper is required. HVAC: 2 SYSTEMS! Electric Heater: Your villa is equipped with an electric heater with a thermostat that you can control. For example, if you’re cold, you can turn up your thermostat located on the wall of your space. Central HVAC: Your villa is equipped with central air conditioning, heat and fan. Central heating and cooling means the building has one thermostat pre-set for the comfort level for all guests. For example, during Winter when it’s cold out, do not expect the AC to click on. In the Summer when it’s 98 degrees, do not expect the heat to click on. Please do not book my place if you want to control the central hvac thermostat. Some guests like it warmer and some like it colder... we set a temperature that is balanced for ALL guests. HOUSEKEEPING: Clean sheets and towels are of course provided. Extra blanket & pillows are available with advanced notice required. Daily housekeeping is not included. Housekeeping Error: Please contact me immediately upon check in if you see a housekeeping error. We can verify and correct any issue usually within the hour but it may take up to 4 hours. Please communicate all issues of concern DURING a reservation as I cannot offer any resolutions or money back after checkout. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION to read before making a reservation: ENTIRE SPACE: Your villa is entirely separate from my living space by a one hour fire wall-it's an ADU. There is no shared interior living space or common area. Your villa is entirely private with your very own outside entry door and ensuite bathroom. ACCESS: All villas are on the main floor with about 1-3 steps required to enter the door after walking up an inclined driveway. There is nobody above your villa, just an attic and roof! PHOTOGRAPHY: No photography allowed for any reason while staying on my property-Copyright. Residential use only-all commercial purposes are prohibited while staying. Dormitory rooms may be seasonal. FURNITURE/DECOR: Furniture and Decor items occasionally get changed out and/or upgraded. LOCKOUTS: If you're locked out and cannot reach me, it is your responsibility to contact an emergency locksmith or wait until I respond or wake up. REPAIRS/LOSS OF AMENITY: Rarely machines malfunction at my home. But if a machine malfunctions, we will schedule and/or repair the issue within 24 hours. If it is not corrected within 24 hours, you will receive a $5 credit for compensation for the lack of amenity as a resolution. NO 24 HOUR FRONT DESK: I do not offer 24 hour services and I sleep 8 hours a day. When I'm awake I check my phone frequently and will respond accordingly. CHECK IN: time is 3pm and you are welcome to request an earlier check in time but please note this is only a request. CHECK OUT: When you place the key into the lockbox confirms that you have checked out and have departed the property. View numerous palm trees, banana plants and 5 varieties of gorgeous bamboo. The Stark family have been sharing The VILLA with tenants and guests for over 20 years, and we enjoy every minute of it! Being able to share our home with so many friendly faces is a true blessing that we cherish everyday! MT TABOR PARK: Explore Mt Tabor park! Our villa is located on Portland’s prestigious Mt Tabor. Portland is one of three cities in the United States to have an extinct volcano within its boundaries. Our Villa is located about 10 min from both Downtown & PDX Airport. The Villa sits up and off the street in the prestigious Mt Tabor neighborhood of SE Portland. We can be accessed by Bus: #20 and Rail: MAX NE 60th easily! Uber and Lyft serve our city and typically arrive in only 3 minutes-so be ready when you hail them! Private Villa with views, on one of the most sought after streets in the NW Portland neighborhood. This really is a 5 Star property!! ( We have the necessary Permit to legitimately Host Airbnb) A one bedroom(King Bed), Two-story with driveway, free parking/ storage, private laundry room, and plenty of space. The stylish, large living room doubles as an office and the kitchen has everything you would need , for even the best of cooks. We encourage you to look on the web at the houses on this street. The recently remodeled decor has new appliances, furniture and fixtures. You are three blocks from all the best NW 23rd restaurants and stores. There is a TV with a Firestick. Netflix and Prime are all set up for guests. This really is a unique property, because the prominent, stylish location has both privacy in Portlands best neighborhood, and accessibility to everything. This is a stand alone, private unit with a small patio in front, and private driveway with parking. This is a property with its own tax lot and has a lot of charm. If you don't live in Portland it would be difficult to determine what to pick from. I have lived here for 25 years now, and been a property investor for 20 years. So many hosts seem to be master leasing condos now and then re-renting to Airbnb guests, against the policy of the Home Owners Associations. Be careful these Home Owners Associations are becoming wise to all of this!
5 Star Villa, 5 Star Location. Its the best neighborhood in Portland with restaurants , coffee shops galore and a good neighborhood feeling.

The Chateau Ballroom is available for personal rentals for small groups. For groups larger than 15 please message host with information about your event. The Chateau features colored lighting that changes the mood of the room to a cozy lounge, a party vibe, or a well lit setting.
The Ballroom is 30ft by 38 ft with an open kitchen and buffet counter attached. A gorgeous chandelier hangs overhead lighting the ballroom with a dusky glow when desired. I love seeing people enjoy and appreciate the unique space and add to the beauty here. The Chateau is proud to be a place of positive communication and respect for others. Bigotry, racism, and toxic behaviors will not be tolerated and are grounds for immediate removal from the premises.
The garden home neighborhood is peaceful and quiet with access to grocery stores and a mere 10 minutes from downtown Portland. Luckily the ballroom has good sound dampening and won’t disturb anyone by having a good natured get together or live music.

This home is our home away from home resort escape. I travel frequently. But - Owner(me) might be residing in separate area with separate entrance, and will assist if needed for pool and tub operation and will support with orientation to the house (due to the size of the house). The house offers abundant sleeping arrangements. Lots of open, flexible spaces allow for sleeping bags and air mattresses. Spacious layout. A floor plan is located by front door entrances. The swimming pool and tub (when open) provide a non-stop fun with a pool slide, the pool and tub are lighted at night, The circulate driveway can hold up to 10 cars within the property boundary and additional parking is available on the side of the property that also belongs to the property, The location of the house is Central to everything, Downtown is 20 minutes, there is a Walmart 1 miles away and all other attractions are within 2 miles radius, so you are in the middle of the action, but yet live in a resort like setting. If are a family with kids, this is the place or your, there is an inside play area and an outside trampoline, play structure and other activities, all in the safety of the fenced backyard.
Quiet forest setting. Artsy neighborhood. Close to river. Close to Orange Max Line. Springwater trail. Great neighborhood for walking and biking. Folks in neighborhood are generally very friendly. Say hi. The unit is located about 20 min from downtown Portland.

You will have self check in and no interaction with anyone. We will make sure to do any routine maintenance before or after your stay to make sure we give our guests and staff the social distancing needed.** Be one of the first to experience one of the most special Airbnb experiences in the Portland area. With this rental you will have access to the entire second floor of the Amos Benson Mansion. You can enjoy this truly special retreat sitting moments beyond the University of Portland on the edge of the Willamette River. The second floor is a 2500 square foot space occupying the entire second floor, accommodates 5 guests with room to spare. There are multiple private bedrooms, two of which have en suite bathrooms. With so much square footage there is ample room for a kitchenette, an expansive living area with sofas and chairs as well as the "Turret" lounge in one of the bedrooms with a 180 degree view along the waterfront where you can see the Willamette River and Forest Park, Downtown Portland, and Cascade Mountain peaks at times. You will find a fantastic array of vintage furniture and decor to give an immersive experience in this historical home. All rooms have outstanding views, spacious rooms, with a focus on comfort. REPAIRS/LOSS OF AMENITY: Rarely machines malfunction at my home. But if a machine malfunctions, we will schedule and/or repair the issue within 24 hours. Central heating and cooling means the building has one thermostat pre-set for the comfort level for all guests. For example, during Winter when it’s cold out, do not expect the AC to click on. In the Summer when it’s 98 degrees, do not expect the heat to click on. Please do not book my place if you want to control the central hvac thermostat. ACCESS: All villas are on the main floor with about 1-3 steps required to enter the door after walking up an inclined driveway. There is nobody above your villa, just an attic and roof! PHOTOGRAPHY: No photography allowed for any reason while staying on my property-Copyright. Residential use only-all commercial purposes are prohibited while staying. Dormitory rooms may be seasonal. FURNITURE/DECOR: Furniture and Decor items occasionally get changed out and/or upgraded. LOCKOUTS: If you're locked out and cannot reach me, it is your responsibility to contact an emergency locksmith or wait until I respond or wake up. REPAIRS/LOSS OF AMENITY: Rarely machines malfunction at my home. But if a machine malfunctions, we will schedule and/or repair the issue within 24 hours. If it is not corrected within 24 hours, you will receive a $5 credit for compensation for the lack of amenity as a resolution. NO 24 HOUR FRONT DESK: I do not offer 24 hour services and I sleep 8 hours a day. When I'm awake I check my phone frequently and will respond accordingly. Our Villa is located about 10 min from both Downtown & PDX Airport. The Villa sits up and off the street in the prestigious Mt Tabor neighborhood of SE Portland. We can be accessed by Bus: #20 and Rail: MAX NE 60th easily! Uber and Lyft serve our city and typically arrive in only 3 minutes-so be ready when you hail them! OTHER FEES: Re-Key Fee is $25 if you lose or fail to return the key at the check out time. Smoking in room deodorize fee $250. Failure to check out fee/packing fee is $99 (fee must be paid in full prior to picking up belongings) LOST & FOUND: You have up to 24 hours to claim all personal items left in the space from your check out time. The Villa sits up and off the street in a very nice and safe part of Portland. Stroll through our carefully landscaped Tropical Gardens! View numerous palm trees, banana plants and 5 varieties of gorgeous bamboo. The Stark family have been sharing The VILLA with tenants and guests for over 20 years, and we enjoy every minute of it! Being able to share our home with so many friendly faces is a true blessing that we cherish everyday! MT TABOR PARK: Explore Mt Tabor park! Our villa is located on Portland’s prestigious Mt Tabor. Portland is one of three cities in the United States to have an extinct volcano within its boundaries. Mt Tabor Park boasts gently curving parkways, native plants, a water reservoir, long flights of stairs, numerous walking trails, nursery garden and great views of the city! BIKE PATH: The Villa is one block from a designated bike path that leads to downtown. LOCATION: Our villa is located about 8-10 minutes from both the Airport & Downtown. Tri-Met Bus stop #20 to Downtown is directly in front of the villa. MAX Rail stop NE 60th is walking distance, accessing Airport & Downtown. Our Villa is located about 10 min from both Downtown & PDX Airport. The Villa sits up and off the street in the prestigious Mt Tabor neighborhood of SE Portland. We can be accessed by Bus: #20 and Rail: MAX NE 60th easily! Uber and Lyft serve our city and typically arrive in only 3 minutes-so be ready when you hail them!
