Your suite is completely private as it's in our basement with your own 4 piece ensuite washroom and offers a semi-private entrance. We live on the main floor of our home which is in a quiet area, 30 steps away from public transportation and a very quick drive to MTS Centre, Downtown & The Exchange District where there is an abundance of unique shops, cafes and restaurants. **Please read the listing & everything it has to offer prior to booking**
Your basement suite is spacious and comfortable with a private ensuite bathroom with heated floors (a nice feature in the Winter!) A double bed (memory foam mattress) and a full size leather couch (not a pull-out but large enough for 1 guest). There is a mini-fridge in the suite for your convenience. You'll also find is a Tassimo coffee maker, some coffee pods and a boiling water dispenser for tea, Tazo tea sachets and a distilled water dispenser with fresh water. There is also a smart phone/USB device charging station. Towels and extra blankets are always provided. Your suite has a 42" Plasma TV and a Roku box which has Netflix, Local Cable and there is also free hi-speed WIFI available.
Located directly off Henderson Highway which is a main artery road in Winnipeg, Winnipeg Transit bus stop 30 steps from the front door going Downtown. Easy walking with Elmwood Park nearby or Kildonan Drive which is always nice for an evening stroll. Grocery, Pharmacy, Liquor Store, Neighbourhood Restaurant & Bar just down the street along with many other places down the Henderson Strip. Plenty of restaurants and bars Downtown or in the Exchange which is 6 minutes away (by car) 10 minutes away (by bus) or a 30 minute walk over the Disraeli Bridge. We are conveniently close to Downtown, The Exchange, The Canadian Human Rights Museum, The Forks Market, Millennium Library, MTS Centre, Manitoba Theatre Centre, Centennial Concert Hall, Pantages Playhouse, Royal Winnipeg Ballet, & Winnipeg Goldeyes Stadium but at the same time, far enough that it's safe, peaceful and away from the hustle & bustle.

Our condo is located within walking distance of The Forks, the Canadian Museum of Human Rights, Bell/MTS Place ( the sports and entertainment district at true north square ), the Exchange District, and Osborne Village. The River trail leading to the forks and legislature is at the end of the street and provides easy access to everything downtown has to offer.

    Two bedroom apartment on the upper floor of a duplex in the heart of Old St. Boniface neighbourhood. Includes free parking, Wi-Fi, Netflix, coffee and tea. Air-conditioned. Walking distance to The Forks and downtown Winnipeg. 2 minute walk to the St. Boniface Hospital. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, coffee shops, grocery stores, parks, bus stops, water taxi (summer), *longest* skating rink in the world (*depending on the year) and riverside walking paths nearby.
    For those who may be concerned about the spread of the Corona virus, please note that I always make sure to clean the place thoroughly between guests, using anti-bacterial soap in the bathroom, and on all surfaces throughout the apartment. Bed sheets and blankets are washed in hot water with a good quality laundry soap.
    Old St. Boniface is at the heart of Winnipeg. Considered to be the "french quarter" of Winnipeg, there are many old character buildings and homes nearby, as well as the oldest building in Winnipeg: the St. Boniface museum, very close by. Other noteworthy landmarks nearby include The St. Boniface Cathedral, the Provencher bridge and the Canadian Museum for Human Rights. St. Boniface is by far my favourite area of the city. You'll see why. :)

    Stunning brand new 575 sq ft. condo located on the 3rd floor. This suite has three large windows giving you a wonderful view of the neighbourhood and tons of natural light. This space was designed so that guests feel right at home in a cozy environment. A lot of detail was taken into consideration while creating this space to ensure you enjoy your stay with us in Winnipeg. The fully equipped kitchen offers stainless steel appliances such as a stove top, oven, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. We also have en-suite laundry provided with detergent that is available to use during your stay. We offer basic cooking tools supplies such as oil, salt, pepper and various spices. In the morning you can make yourself a cup of coffee with the french press and complimentary coffee provided. For non coffee drinkers we provide a selection of tea. In the bedroom you’ll find an extremely comfortable queen sized bed that is equipped with fresh linens and a feather duvet. Here are 2 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting this loft: 1 - This unit is in a residential area, so NO PARTIES are permitted in this property at all times during your stay. 2 - The BUILDING IS MORE THAN 100 YEARS OLD. Although there was a lot of time and detail put into constructing this unit, the nature of the building can allow for noise travel from other units. We don’t personally find this a bother, but a noise sensitive guest may. We do provide sanitary packaged ear plugs within the unit if need be! Like any other older buildings, the walls can be thinner than newer constructions and this is something very typical of all homes built in this era in Winnipeg. That said, it's not something that bothered us as residents and that's why we ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. Also, we expect our Guests to be quiet after 10h00PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a local, you should love your stay. High speed wi-fi is provided within the unit and there will be Netflix available for streaming through the PS3. * We provide one PS3 game but, feel free to bring some of your own! This studio loft is tastefully decorated and has everything you may need to have a comfortable night in, or spend the night out in the exchange!
    As an experienced Superhost, I know and can prepare for exactly what guests are looking for. My warehouse loft is brand new. No expense was spared in furnishing and decorating the space. Private rooftop patio is available in summer months where you can bbq, or share a bottle of wine while overlooking the city lights. Brand new queen mattress, and luxurious linens promise a restful sleep. The home is stocked with everything you might need. Shampoo, soaps, hairdryer, fully stocked kitchen including coffee, tea, oils and vinegar, sugar, spices and seasonings. If you choose to have dinner in, everything needed to prepare is at your fingertips. In-suite washer and dryer, as well as detergent and fabric softener is included with no extra charge. High speed wifi, and cable, and Netflix on the 55 inch smart tv are included. As well as a Bluetooth speaker so you can listen to your own music.
    Winnipeg's Exchange District is one of the most exciting and trendy neighbourhoods in Winnipeg. There is always something to experience. Stroll along the beautiful landscaped walkway on Waterfront Drive, explore some of the finest preserved historic architecture, or simply relax in Stephen Juba Park which is just steps away from the loft.     Welcome to our minimalist, cosy space with modern decor. Located in the charming, central area of Wolseley, there are plenty of restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops within walking distance. This suite is ideal for people who like things simple, clean & practical. It is a private basement unit with separate entry. One window in the unit, however pot lights brighten up the room. There is a small kitchenette, microwave only/sink/kettle/basic cutlery/dishes. Rain shower head & heated bathroom floors.
    Our space is unique because while it is a basement suite it is well lit, and has some key features that will make your stay very enjoyable. There is one double bed, and an additional futon that can be used for sleeping. A few of these are the heated floors in the bathroom, the rain showerhead, the private entrance as well as the utility of the space, layout and design. We want guests to feel comfortable in a clean, modern and practical space. We are very centrally located close to many bus routes and within walking distance to cafes, shops, grocery stores as well as boutiques and restaurants. NOTE that the kitchenette includes a mini-fridge, microwave, sink, electric kettle, and basic cutlery/dishes. There is NOT a stovetop or oven.
    Our neighbourhood is known as Wolseley and it is unique because it is full of people who love the outdoors, including winter biking, hiking, outdoor running, or walking their dogs. Many families, students as well as professionals live around the neighbourhood so you may see people enjoying the neighbourhood by visiting the nearby cafes, supporting local businesses. You will find grocery stores such as Organic Planet where you can find more health and natural type of groceries as well as smaller grocery stores that also sell local products! You may see posters promoting music, bands and theatre performances which is very common and older churches around the neighbourhood with beautiful architecture. We are also close to West Broadway which is where the majority of businesses and shops can be found by walking over!

You’ll love my place because of Wonderful neighbors , safety ,, the light, the comfy bed, the kitchen, the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, business travellers, and families (with kids).
    Complete basement suite all to your self . There is one more separate basement suite and the owners living upstairs. Privacy and price is the biggest selling point. There is no sort of sharing any amenities . Entire place is perfectly heated that you will never realize you are in a basement . Have two hugh windows in the dining area and one big window in the bedroom which lets in tons of natural light . There's a big smart TV and SHAW connection which has lots of channels .

    The house facec South We have natural light all days. The Coffee includes. Lovely townhouse in South Osborne. Entire apartment has 1 bedrooms and 1 full bathrooms. The area has a living room with dining area and kitchen with and all appliances. One bedrooms applyed and in-suite laundry. One parking stall is included. Free street parking also available. Out door bus stop . Downtown or the UofM is 10 minutes away. The shops and restaurants of South Osborne are only a couple of blocks away.
    Private enter. Featuring modern interior finishes. Free Wifii. Free parking is available on site. Private bathroom with a bath or shower. The place is great for both guest s travelling for business or guests who are simply visiting for tourism .
    Lovely quiet place in South Osborne. Beautiful, friendly neighbourhood. You will find delightful to see the sunset in the evening, and the sunlight will wake you up in the morning. It was super to rapid transit, and very convenient to get downtown. This place is perfect for work trips or travelling alone. It's quiet, private, and really well decorated and clean. The area is spilling with unique restaurant, supermarkets and boutique shops that are all within walking distance. The fast bus stop Southbound Fort Rouge Station at Fort Rouge Station is right across the street.

    Our neighbourhood is designed with families in mind. We have several parks within walking distance so if you have kids they won't get bored of the same playgrounds.     Come and enjoy the entire top floor of a fully renovated 100 year old home! Walk in the front door & head up the stairs to the guest space. Sit and relax in the sitting area, work at the desk in the dormer nook, unpack into the dresser, and make yourself some tea before tucking into bed. In the morning, make some coffee, stroll through the charming neighbourhood, or head to the many businesses, restaurants, groceries, University of Winnipeg or the downtown core. Everything is close by!
    Our guests consistently say our place is cozy, charming, really well set up, & comfortable. The third floor of the house is a built out attic area. While there is no door at the top of the stairs, it still offers a private sitting room just for guests, a reading nook, window nook, and bed tucked away into yet another nook! Guests are pleasantly surprised that they get so much space to themselves.
    The Wolseley neighbourhood is known as a very friendly neighbourhood. People love to walk in the area. We are at the edge of the neighbourhood, giving quick and simple access to bus transportation, main roads, as well as a wide variety of businesses and restaurants. A grocery store plus numerous coffee shops, an organic store, bakeries, etc are all an easy walking or very brief drive away. We are also very accessible to downtown (1.5 km) and to the Forks - the cultural gathering place of Winnipeg.

    Enjoy this cozy Studio Unit in Downtown Winnipeg. It is a great location for downtown business or leisure. Just a quick walk from The Forks, Human Rights Museum, Groceries, MTS Center, Great Restaurants, Coffee and Shopping. The unit is stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, towels, linens, queen sized murphy bed, Cable tv & Wifi and other essentials. This is a top floor unit (1 1/2 flights of stairs) and is a great location for getting around by bus or parking is available if needed.
    It isn't a large unit, but it has everything you would need. The unit is well thought out. It has a full kitchen with a Fridge, Full sized stove and Dishwasher. We have a Queen sized Murphy bed that can be put up and out of the way if needed. The Built in Cabinet has tons of storage, built in closet with drawers & hanging space, built in desk and entertainment unit. We offer HD Cable TV and High speed internet (private password for the unit). We have done our best to provide all the essentials for the kitchen, bathroom and more, including iron / ironing board.
    The location is fantastic for getting around downtown and the city as a whole. The forks & Human Rights Museum are a very quick walk. We are close to many great restaurants and coffee shops, all major bus routes, the Bell Mts center, etc. We have a full grocery store across the back lane. There are lots of things to do and I have some pamphlets / maps in the unit to help you get to know Winnipeg.

    It is a 100 yrs old house that we partially renovated and put separation from our living area for Airbnb purposes. We have 3 rooms in total that are running separately for Airbnb. We strictly implement "ONE PERSON PER ROOM" to avoid getting over crowded and assure of convenient of using commons areas.
    This aircondition room with a queen size bed is quiet, clean and comfortable place to stay. It is seperate living area from the host with its own kitchen,washroom, living room and deck. Again, we want to make sure that the guest is not mislead by our listing description, this is a private room but shared common areas ( living room, kitchen and wash room) with the other Airbnb guest. We have no more than 4 guest at a time.
    Our house is located close to corner of Portage Avenue and Arlington Street (Wolesley area). A very quiet neighborhood with an easy access to rapid bus transit that goes to major roads/places in the city. This condo is a symbolism of The Exchange District's up and coming future of being the main hub of Winnipeg.
    This newly renovated loft-style condo is located on the third floor and is 650 sq ft in size. It features high ceilings, exposed brick walls, timber beams, gorgeous windows and views of downtown Winnipeg with beautiful morning/afternoon light. What is provided: - Keurig and coffee pods. (Some guests bring their preferred pods with them) -The unit is equipped with a washer, dryer and detergent for convenience of doing your laundry during your stay with us. -Kitchen utensils, cooking supplies, pots, pans, oil, salt, pepper and a variety of spices are provided. -We also stock the place with coffee, tea and sugar. -In the bathroom you’ll find that we have shampoo, conditioner and body wash. - High-speed wi-fi and Netflix - Comfortable bed with freshly washed linens. Here are 3 THINGS TO CONSIDER before renting this loft: 1 - This unit is in a residential area, so NO PARTIES are permitted in this property at all times during your stay. 2 - The BUILDING IS MORE THAN 100 YEARS OLD. Although there was a lot of time and detail put into constructing this unit, the nature of the building can allow for noise travel from other units. We don’t personally find this a bother, but a noise sensitive guest may. We do provide sanitary packaged ear plugs within the unit if need be! Like any other older buildings, the walls can be thinner than newer constructions and this is something very typical of all homes built in this era in Winnipeg. That said, it's not something that bothered us as residents and that's why we ask all our guests to respect the neighbors and to not be loud or yell or play loud music inside and outside the building at all times during their stay. Also, we expect our Guests to be quiet after 10h00PM. So if you intend to behave like a party animal, our place is not for you but if you intend to behave like a local, you should love your stay. 3 - Parking is free on the street from 5:30pm till 8:30am on weekdays. Saturday parking is free for two hours... So! If you arrive on a Friday evening you can park on the street until 10:30am Saturday morning! Sunday is completely free! Holidays are completely free as well! If there is holiday parking we will kindly remind you of this! Alternatively, you can park in a paid lot and there are plenty within the surrounding area. We find it most convenient to download “PayByPhone” app. This way guests can extend their parking time remotely. * On some occasions we will have a parking pass available for rent at $14 daily that is in a 24.7 parking lot.
