SIGHTSEEING
Tenby Harbour
A must visit to picturesque Tenby with its beautiful sandy beaches
Caldey Island is a small island less than two and a half miles from Tenby. It is one of the holy islands of Britain and home to Cistercian monks and a small group of other residents. Access to the island is via boat from Tenby harbour. The island's economic activity is supported by tourism and the sale of perfumes and chocolate. The island has a functioning Post Office including a musuem of the island's history.

A 15 minute car drive from house. Set in a stunning location overlooking a 23 acre millpond. The site includes the only restored Tidal mill in Wales, a 11th century celtic cross, a medieval bridge and picnic area, all linked by a mile-long circular walk, with magnificent views over the millpond.

Why not also visit Lamphey Walled garden which is nearby. A beautiful kitchen and flower garden set in rolling farmland. This specialist nursery grows a range of peat-free, naturally grown shrubs + petenials.
