Two museums, a brand new Children’s Art Museum and one historic home. You can get a "package ticket" and see them all. The Telfair museum on Telfair Square is full of traditional art and historic Savannah Interiors. The Jepson Center (also on Telfair Square) has rotating art installations, on the more modern side and houses the brand new CAM (Children’s Art Museum). Great cafe in there called The Wildflower, go for lunch, you won't regret it. Better than any museum café I have ever been to. And they serve great cocktails, beer and wine. Both are just a quick stroll from the airbnb, approx 6 minutes. The historic home is the Owens -Thomas House, see separate section on that. Fantastic tour!

They make their own bread!The kind of place you want when you want good food but don’t want to commit to a big sit-down place. They do serve a full menu and have full service, but you can also just grab a pastry and a drink from a fridge. The owner is super nice and runs it himself. Highly recommend. Just a quick 10 min stroll if your staying in one of my airbnb’s.

Wow. Fantastic, new to the Savannah scene, very chic place. Southern Coastal Italian, with an incredible wine list. Have a stylish cocktail in their bar when you arrive. The food is amazing. Very talented chef and great atmosphere. Just a beautiful 6 minute stroll from my airbnb’s on Jones St through Forsyth Park. Doesn’t get more Savannah than this. Highly recommend.
